| A new dayI suppose it is time once again for me to update. There are so many things going on that I do not know where to start.
I guess the first place I should begin are my prayer request. My brother in law is in the hospital. He had to get his appendix taken out early this morning. His wife, my fabulous sister, is pregnant with twins, who are due with in the next few weeks. Please keep them in your prayers. They both need to be on bed rest right now, and they already have two girls.
If you would also please pray for my Sunday School students. They are all going through different things. They are amazing girls and I am truly blessed to be their teacher.
My last prayer request is that you keep my entire family in your prayers. There is more going on than I can really explain but we are in need of your prayers. As to everything else things are ok. I am still planning on moving up to Chicago at the end of July, I just need to find an apartment. I really like the school I will be going to and I am in love with the area. It will be so different for me to be away. I have never lived apart from my family. Even while attending MoBap I was 45 mins tops from them. Being five and a half hours away will be slightly different. My brother and a few people from church are still trying to convince me to stay. But I know I need to go. It will be good for me. Basically everything else is still the same. I know this was a boring update but I felt the need to write, that is until I began to write. | | |
| Chicago here I comeI left this morning at nine in the morning to begin my first road trip to chicago by myself. The trip went great. I was a little bored but that is ok. It took me about five and a half hours.  I promise I went the speed limit.
I met April up here in Chicago because Tim had a conferance, so she offered to help me apartment hunt. Tommorrow morning the hunt begins. I have four places that I want to look at. Please pray that one of them works out. This is a really big thing for me. I have never been truly away from my friends and family before. I am a little bit nervous and a lot a bit scared. I know this is where I am suppose to be its just really hard making it happen. Anyone got any advice for this traveler? Currently it is 4:30 in the morning and I have not slept all night. It may be because I am excited to find an apartment or because my sister keeps shoving me off the bed. I love you April but I do not like laying on the floor very much. I do not know how I will survive another night. My guess is with lots of coffee. Tonight I will be prepared. There are so many things that I want to talk about. However due to the lack of sleep my brain is not really functioning correctly. Because of this I had better say goodnight. I think I am going to play some game that requires little to no brain activity. I hope you all had a great night. Sorry my thoughts are so scattered. | | |
