| Woh!Such a breakthrough! :) Well the performance in Shan Tao was great haha.. I actually din feel like scared lol.. Maybe because we were like the closing ba so THE STAR... XD.. But yea and coz the 3 bands we bad man but not bad got room for improvements :) We played Sweet Child of mine and everyone was like taking video of us hehehehe.. And they asked for more but we din prepared la so oh well :) One more thing was they were like shouting woooo at me coz thought I did skill haha.. Here is the real thing hehe... The snare drop ba coz the snare stand sux la.. Then i had to play with 1 hand and they thought i took the snare up and play with 1 hand to show off haha... But yea luckily we reach the slower part of the song i got time to put back the snare..Haha.. All in all I Praise The Lord for putting me into entertainment world.. If they acknowledge me then I shall preach to them man! Haha ..
And during the night i played in Skyline for a prayer meeting.. Fuh! That is seriously 1 big drum set haha.. I praise the Lord seriously for what He was doing with me last night.. I played well,Gem said Heavenly sound and Aunt. Sook Yee said very good ah.. Its not self praise guys but I really wanna challenge Worship Musician to take advices bad or good and keep Praising The Lord! Humble urself is the first thing.. As Chris Koko put it.. If my drummer shall humble themself and ....Haha u guys know that verse lol..He just change the people to drummers.. Geee haha but it helps me to know that I am being a bit self praise lol.. So humble.... Ngeh... Praise The Lord for such a week.. Love You Jesus... Awesomeness!!! Hope for a greater week ahead and a greater improvement in Music and Drums :)

| What a week this will be...Well this week might be great I don't know haha.. Just now we had exposure ba so I accompany a guitarist la.. We played blues.. And no comment man XD... Not to boast la but I am happy atleast I know I have improved in balancing my drums with the rest.. And to play Blues for the first time haha.. Well formally la ngeh coz normally I just play play blues Informally like just alone haha.. Well thats today.. Wonder what holds for me in tomorrow night drum class with my Good Lecturer haha.. And orchestra on Friday... Hmm... This Sat again Prayer meeting Organize by Lighthouse I am playing ... Really nid God's strength and annointing hehe.. Drum rocks oh! This Sat morning again I am ask by a senior(Electric guitarist) he is gonna do an opening in Shan Tao Battle of the bands.. So he wants me to play since the senior drummers are on holz now haha.. Haha well God is really giving me a good experience and exposure in drums hehe.. Especially music..Hehe.. I will continue to be humble and learn! Must be the best for God! Thats all hehe.. I will only update Drums or music de lar proly haha.. Oh and SIA concert is around the corner.. They have good musicians as well.. Go check it out! |

| Life...Maybe u all expect me to talk bout life and err poetic feeling type of writing haha but thats not me ngeh.. I am just wondering how will i do with my mid term exam next week on Theory haizz.. My worst subject of all.. What the point people call me pro drummer in Uni but my theory sucks oh well.. Atleast i get to buy a Vic Firth stick sized 7A which is not sell in Sabah.. And fyi Vic Firth is the best stick around.. Well its actually prefences la but still Vic Firth la everyone say haha... I only bought it at a super reasonable cheap price haha... Well my driving left 1 more hour.. Proly finish it this Sat then i need to get exam.. By July or early August hope can get license and a new car la.. Gee.. Pray for my theory guys and my Music life.. Really thx a lot.. Cya peepz... |

| Still StandingFuhh.. With all the pressures and stuff I am still standing haha.. Well just found out that actually practise really pays off la.. Well I mean real practise! Well nowadays this is how i practise... Atleast 10 minutes of Single stroke just to warm up la.. Then 50 minutes of rudiments...Example- Crotchet,Quaver,Triplets,Semiquaver,Sextuplet and Semi demiquaver... Haha they are all actually Single Strokes except diff style of hitting it haha.. Drummer will understand me... But yea I am doing this at 60-80 bpm on my metronome for now.. Well it proves to work actually.. My left hand is responding quite well edi I guess...Well I practise 2 hours atleast a day now.. Next week our senior will be gone for holz before they go to their degree course which is in another place so the whole place is for us Junior only now... Feel so pressure after senior gone coz next week onwards intensive classes starts 100% especially when it comes to drum class my lecturer always wants me to play first.. Especially reading... I had to practise dynamics while reading while the other 2 of my friends don't Geee.. Pressure but God is helping me :) Hope I can be more discipline and practise 3-8 hours a day... Must find time so can be good in my strokes and at the same time I am doing 5 minutes everyday of Heel up technique on my leg but I am trying to do a double paddle now so mastering the technique heel-toe hehe... So can go like dup-dup..Lol...Drumming nid stamina man.. I drink so much water and my hands getting crams edi.. Oh well thats all for now..
P/s- My driving lessons left 3 more hours wohooo.. By July I am officially driving I hope!!! Haha...Cya! |

| Uni?Well... Uni life will never be the same after today.. Got scolded and stuffs.. Teacher ask me to practise 4 hours haizz.. Gee.. Din know drums has its sepcific rules.. Oh well.. I am gonna try my best.. God give me strength.. |
