Man, I'm soooooo tired!! Yesterday I decided to join my co-workers for a night out in Hillcrest. It's been a while since we hung out together so it was a great way to see them outside the work place setting. Allison and I went to the mall before hand. I SWEAR I lived in SD for like, going on 5 years, and still don't know my way around!! We then had a scenic drive from the mall to my place and then to her friend's place and back to my place again before my forgetful self had forgotten something. I'm beginning to believe that you can really get a good buzz from inhaling the smoke of good ol' mary jane.
Anyhooo, we started the night by going to Bourbon Street for like a second to find Ben, whom shoulda been joined us at Numbers, but went off with the rest of the boys instead. But it's all good cuz Numbers was a pretty good place to be. The music was ok but the bartenders were pretty good. I really like the atmosphere because they're pretty casual and people weren't nasty like some places in downtown. By nasty I mean like going around and touching other people inappropriately like you've known them for ages. I'd have to say if there were one thing I could change would be for them to play better music and put the dancers in go-go cages...
I think I shoulda took Allison's offer and crashed at her place cuz she lives 2 minutes away from work, literally. So now I'm at work, tired and just a tiny bit cranky and starving cuz I overslept and forgot to scavange for food at home before I left. Oh well....
have a great weekend!!
Oh yes, I forgot to say this too, I'm very proud of you Tiff for all your accomplishment. Success is not measured by where you would go or what you would do but where you have been and things you have accomplished on your own thus far. So be proud of the fact that you have managed to juggle so many things and still came out ahead. You'll always have my unconditional support
