Concerning Hollywood and Broadway

 Put this question on the same level as "how many angels can dance on the head of a pin."  Recalling the Writers strike in California and the Stage Workers action in New York, and the local commotion it has caused, I should like to ask:

If God went on strike, would anyone notice?
