| I just can't deal with this at all right now. I can't deal with balancing school & friends & my diet. My friends cannot understand this, at all. And when i look at all those pictures of n.richs and those super models with those legs and those flat abs, I just feel so disgusting, as if I can feel my extra fat on my body. ughh.
Breakfast- 1/2 apple sauce (but I threw it up)
Lunch-carrot sticks
Snack- 1/2 a cookie (yiiikes)
Dinner- salad with ginger dressing (but I took a zantrex-3 before I ate it)
Excicise- Dancing alot, treadmill for like 10 minutes | | |
| I just found this old xanga that I had made last year. & now I wanna do it again. From last year I gained a hellla lot of weight. I almost felt as if I was depreived of all the foods I loved so much when I was ana, and doing fasts that I had like a 6 month binge fest. It's so horrible, but now I'm going back to my old ways. Right now my goal is to only eat 300 cals or less a day and I've had like 250 today, which is good. My thinspos right now are Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, kind of Mary kate, but not really anymore cus she gained weight, Kate Moss (obvi) and a lot more. Next week I'm going on my first fast since last June. Wish me luck!

| so sorry. i havnt updated in a while. this week has been all confusion becasue its my first week back from spring break. ive been pretty good this whole week, but i didnt fast. i mostly ate salads and fruit and healthy things like that. a plus is, i take track as a spring sport and they make you run like soo much and make you do all these excirsises like crunches and all these things. its good. tomorrow ill update a lot of pics but heres a few new ones i got.

| hey girls. i havnt eaten anything besdies water all day today which is good, i just need to stay strong. its DISGUSTING OUT. i hate it. but i already went out and got a fake tan. i need one esspeacially becasue i have to go back to school on monday ew it sucks major. last night i saw beauty shop with likw queen latifah and alicia silverstone ( who was cher in clueless ) but she looked horrible in the movie her skin was so bad. a new thinspo of mine is kirsten dust. i think shes soo gorg esspecailly in wimbldon, which i saw the other day. her skin was so amazing, it was practiclly glowing, and her style is just amazing, i cant get over it. now i really want to play tennis ! ok here are some more thinspos, some are taken from tinajoy03 -- again. thanks a million.
