| For the last three days. I've been going to sleep early. I mean EARLY! I've been going to sleep at 8 p.m. and the latest 9.p.m. I can't remember the last time I went to bed that early. It's been awesome tho...! I've been waking up feeling refreshed and rested. It's a such a good feeling. I've never felt like that for a LONG time.  |
