OK . . . be prepared for an uber-long post
Life in Mexico is so far beyond anything I could ever have imagined. Not just the great fellowship and time spent with the kids, but also my newly forged relationship with the Lord. I never realized how far from Christ I was until recently. I love this romance I have with Him. It's so beautiful! I love just being able to run to Him whenever I feel that I'm lost or in over my head . He just pulls me into his arms and whispers in my ear.
A book I read a few weeks ago is totally shaping my view of christian spirituality. "Blue Like Jazz" by Donald Miller . . . its so . . . . revolutionary. Well in my life at least. Everyone should read this book . . . Christian, Hindu, Peagan . . . whatever . . . . they need to read this book.
My Dad wrote me a letter recently with a word in it that, quite frankly, scared the daylights out of me: FUTURE . . . or, to be more specific, YOUR (my) FUTURE!!! I don't want to have to think about what I have to do after I get off shift with the kids, much less in a week or a month or a year . . . oy vey . . . i'm getting a stress pimple just typing about it . . . lol
I really do miss all of you, more than you can even comprehend, so if you miss me too maybe you could write me, cause i get lonely

I am totally head over heels for one of the guys in the school . . . i know what you're thinking . . . "SAVANNAH? HAVE A CRUSH? NEVER!" lol
hes so silly though . . . he dances weird and he's into LOTR and stuff like that, but he's also super cute and funny and stuff . . . idk . . . i just get butterflys whenever I'm around him ( which is pretty much all the time, concidering how small the Mission is)
we looked at a lego comic book (sort of) together the other day . . . hmmmmmmm . . . sounds like Mikey Hodgeson round two . . . :::rolls eyes:::
