Hi PhantomOfTheOpera! It's been 876 (wow, that's a big number) days since you joined Xanga... Don't you have a life?

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."

"Over 50 percent of our energy comes from overseas. Fortunately, a lot of it comes from Canada"

"Border relations between Canada and Mexico have never been better."

"I want to be the peace president"

Ok, who doesn't love our fantastically brilliant president?

I want to meet a mysterious guy....with a fedora. Somewhere cross-between Roach, and jASON, with a little bit of Todd thrown in. He could paint and write me poems. I would never know if he liked me or not but his mystery would make me love him. He would be bloody brilliant, and seem to not care about school, but secretly make the honor roll. He would love the rain. He would know random dates in history and would always have a sad look in his eyes, like there's always something depressing in his heart. I want to be the one to make him smile.

Welcome to My World

PhantomOfTheOpera my hero! (that's Jefferson by the way!)

You know what I love? The smell of new shoes and shopping bags. MMM. I love that feeling you get when u know school is comin' up in a few weeks. The excitement for something new, and the actual desire to return to the comfortable regularity of school days. Plus, I'm pumped for chamber choir to start and going back to playing in a symphony!

I miss the happy, care-freedays of going to Wal-Mart a week before school starts, and finding the list of school supplies for my elementary school. When the only conflict was fighting some bratty little girl for the last pink pencil box. ;) I love the smell of new crayons and the perfectly sharpened coloured pencils. Why can't we colour in High School? Or have nap time in the afternoon? I, for one, would have no problem going back to a snack of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and apple juice, after being read a good book like, "I need a lunchbox" :)
