New PassionWell I wouldn't call it a passion. But I have a goal. And I sure hope I stick to it. My goal is to lose 10 lbs. 4% Body Fat. 2 inches around the waist by February 2007. You think I can do it? **update** I worked out last week. Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and will be back tonight. From Friday morning my body was so sore.. Every time I walked from my desk to the rest room, it felt like eternity to get there and back... But my body is well rested now and yoga helps a lot too after all those weights. I remember before how i couldnt even jog half a mile before my lungs let out.. over time, i learned to control my asthma and now I can jog 2 miles no problem. I don't want to push myself too hard so I'm doing little by little. Since this is my first time where I'm actually seriously exercising... Food wise.. I still eat whatever I am craving.. Just less portions.. however I am focusing more on meats and veggies.. very little carbs.. but dude I'm asian.. how can I live without rice... sacrifice For those people who lose many lbs within a few days... that's usually possible when you kind of weigh a lot and there's more for you to lose.. if that makes sense.. or else you're doing it in an unhealthy way. Sorry my thoughts are very random and my sentences probably don't flow.. i'm at work.. what do you expect... |
