 Hey guys !!! I dont have much time till its off to work again but yeah I wanted to stop by and say hello and tell you that I miss you guys !!! man its just wow few and far between when I can visit with you guys !!!! anyways I just wanted to post a verse of the day !!!!

Todays Verse of the Day is 2 Corinthians 4:7 which says "But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us."

 This is so true !!! that the treasue we carry everyday is not of our own excellence, but that of God. JESUS is our Treasure !!! this is an amazing verse !!! let it soak up in your hearts !!!

"....... I have come that they may have life, and have it more Abundantly"

 Wow .... where to start !!! this weekend has been a real life changer for me. I encountered God in such a way tonight that it really shook me to the core. As alot of you know I went to Heartfest tonight, which for you who do not know heartfest is a big Christian music festival at our amusement park Worlds of Fun, here in Kansas City. I saw, Tenth Avenue North, Hawk Nelson, David Crowder* Band, Mark Stuart of Audio Adrenaline, and MercyMe, who infact was the headliner. My world got rocked tonight. God showed up. I really just began to bawl because Mark Stuart gave a message who, I might add is a great speaker ! I am happy that I got to meet him and even hug him it was great ! but no really, God changed my life. There are so many things that have been changed there is no where really to start but here. Mark, has an orphanage in Hati one of the poorest nations on the planet. He began by talking about this pregnant 16 year old girl who had her baby in the latrine. She literally did not want the child and left it there, to die, in human waste. A 14 year old boy sitting on his front porch saw it all happen and went to see if he could help the child and wasnt able on his own. Finally, after a crowd had gathered a UN soldier from India came in and went 30ft into human waste, to save this child. as they pulled the soldier and the baby up suspense filled the air as to the condition of the baby. when they finally reached the top, they looked at the baby and not a scratch or brusie on the child! She Survived !!!! This brought me to tears not only for the fact that that little child had to go through this, but that even out of all the mess and filth of this life, no matter what happens and how deep we are in sin and dirt, God can still use that for His Glory. God can find Glory in all of our struggles and hardships in life. That to me is an Amazing God !!!

 That was an amazing story but that was only the beginning ! He then began to talk about us and God, and how we as Christians do this, we really want to do the Will of God in our lives and do great things for God, but we want to do them on our own terms. We want to fill out the contract saying " God Ill do this and this and this for you, if you do this and this for me, and want Him to sign on the dotted line. Thats not how Christianity works. Thats not how God works at all !!! In John 10:10 it says this "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." soak that last part in. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. Ok alot of us think " more abundantly means that we have all the material things we want and we live in a 300,000 dollar home. This isnt what the word "abudndantly " in the text means at all ! in the Greek, the word "abundantly" means Overflowed. Life like this: if your sitting in a resturant, and a waiter is filling your water glass and hes not paying attention and the glass overflows what happens to you ? besides getting wet. You becomes suprised !!!! You feel shocked and astonished at what just happened, thats the kind of life God wants us to have. God wants us to be suprised, because that leaves us in a state of awe of Him.

Most Christians I know say they want to do the Will of God and be at the center of the Will of God in their lives. Mark Stuart talked on this too and it really hit home hard to me. He said alot of Christians want to be at the center of Gods Will where they think they will be safe and sound from anything. but in all honesty being at the center of Gods Will is one of the most dangerous places you can be. God isnt looking for you to be safe, Hes looking for you to be significant. He wants Significance from your life. Not for you to be coddled safely.  In the Midst of the Center of Gods Will you will find your true faith and character. How many of you, really, in all honesty, want to go to the most dangerous parts of this earth and preach the most dangerous message in the world to people ? how many really would do it ? not very many I tell you ! but to be significant and ambassador of God we need to let Him write the contract, Give God the pen !!! all you do is sign your name to a blank sheet of paper and say "God I will do whatever you want me to do, heres the pen and paper, you write it up." That made me really think. That made me feel that what I was doing in life, trying to  do " Gods Will " for my life, and really all I was doing was drawing up my own contract and making God sign it. I was doing Gods Will, Josh's way, and that isnt how I am going to do things anymore. I have given Him the pen and paper and just signed my name to whatever He wants me to do. I have a new heart for new ministries, and I am definatley going to let Him take the wheel of my life and let him control me. You see He is the Author and Finisher of our faith. He is The Author, Let Him write your story. He wants to make your life into a beautiful story that will be read for many many years after you leave earth and the one thing that people will get from your story is the name of Jesus. I am not worried about anything ! I am not worried about college or what God has in store for me next, all I am thinking about is the great story that God is writing for me, and how my life resounds as loud as it possibly can be shouted, the name of Jesus ! I am a new man with a new passion, a new vision, a new perpose, a new goal, a new dream, and a new life !!! What an awesome God we serve ! Amen ?

God touched me so much tonight that the fire for Him burns so much stronger and hotter than it pretty much ever has. I mean now its just a different relationship. Its like I am back in love with God and myself and cannot wait for what life throws my way ! My relationship is so Intamate and closer now than ever !!! God is going to use me I dont know how or when or even why He wants to use me but I know He will !!!!!

 Friends, Please walk away from this message with at least this in mind. No matter where your from. how low and dirty and filthy you are, God loves you and has a purpose to your life. He is using all aspects of your life to write a lovely story of His Glory and Magnificant Grace. He uses the weak to lead the strong, He uses your weakness to prove just how strong and powerful He truly is. Friends, wont you give Him the pen today, so that He and not You, can be the one writing your story, because trust me, He is a must better writer !!!

 " Father God, I praise Your Name !!! Thank You so much for the restoration and the new life that you have given me. I pray that You will eturnally Bless all of my friends and loved ones here on Xanga, and my immedate family here at home. I pray that You will write my story, because God, I give you the pen. I give you the pen in complete surrenderance to Your Will. Lead me O God to the very center of Your Will no matter what it is Lord I pray that You Use me for Your Glory. God I love You so much and pray that You will be Glorified in the Words that You give me and the actions You carry out through me. God I love You so much and I pray that You are Pleased with me. I pray That You are Blessed Lord. I pray this in Your Holy Awesome Wonderful name Jesus, Amen. "

 Friends, Once again I want to say thanks for the support of this ministry. I pray that you all are Blessed by what you read. Not only Blessed, but challenged as well. I pray that you will continue to support and show all of your friends and loved ones the things that God is doing in the life of this man on the journey for the center of Gods Will for his life. You Cannot Serve two Masters...........

 Hey everyone !!! gosh it seems like its few and far between when I get to talk to you !!! I am so sorry guys that I am away as much as I am please understand that I would love to be with you more, but life has just taken a turn to the really busy side. Here lately I am more busy than I think I ever have been in life. Its so crazy, crazy enough to make me really really REALLY sick. Gosh, yesterday I thought I was going to die I felt so bad. Its been a crazy last couple of days. I got sent home from work tonight because my boss told me I looked really bad and she said that it would be better If I went home and got some rest. Well, I am resting, but at the same time my clock is on a different schedule so Its hard to adjust to sleeping at night. Currently its 1am here. Man, there is just so much going on in life that I just want to scream !!! I want things to slow down, I want to have the time I once had. I knew life would change after high school but I didnt think it would be this fast. I never see anyone anymore because of my job, and I have little time for myself and my things, but you know what is so awesome about all of it? Not the pay, but God. Knowing that My Jesus is still right here. Still with me, Still loving me, all the way through the mountains and valleys. God loves me and that is the one truth that I can hold onto for eturnity. Lord I thank You for being You. I thank You for being a God who loves and cares about me. I thank You for dying so that I may live. You are my life and my love. I long only to serve You Jesus. Youve done so much for me, I praise Your name.

 Friends, Here is my thoughts for the week. As I have been in the corporate workforce for a month actually yesterday, I have spoken to many of my co workers over the last few days. They love to talk about money. They love to work only for the fact that they get money. Some of them work so much that they, like me, work themselves sick. They do not care because they want that " Fat Paycheck ". I have been thinking about this almost all week. This really disturbs me, That most people are living soley for money. for the one reason of making more money. Why is this bad ? Why is it bad to want to earn a little more money? its not until it becomes your god. In Matthew Chapter 6, Verse 24 it says this "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money." God doesnt care about how much money you make.  God wants your time, He wants to spend time with you. He wants you to include Him in your daily life. Many, who long for money and serve it like that, dont have time for God because that goal of attaining as much money as possible becomes their god. My question to the money seekers is this, In Matthew Chapter 19 verse 24 It says this "Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." If it is easier for a camel to go through an eye of an needle than a rich man to enter the Kingdom of God then why do we long so much to become rich? Why if we want to live forever do we seek the riches of this world ? Where will money get you in eturnity ? IT WONT GET YOU ANYWHERE !!! HERE IS A WAKE UP CALL !! MONEY IS WORTHLESS ON THE ETURNAL STANDPOINT, ON THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT WHEN YOU ARE STANDING BEFORE THE LORD AND ARE BEING TRIED OF YOUR SINS WHAT WILL THAT MONEY DO FOR YOU ??? DIDDLY SQUAT !!! YOU WONT GET ANYWHERE ON ANY DIME YOU HAVE !!! MONEY MEANS NOTHING !!!!!!!! 

 Friends, its not just money that you can serve to lead you astray. Anything that you put before God means the same thing as the above statements about money. Lets say you love T.V. it is ok to watch tv. it isnt a sin, but it becomes a sin if you spend more time with it than you do with God. That my friend, is Idolatry. Anything in your life that comes between you and God is your Idol. You are an Idol worshipper if you let ANYTHING at all get between you and God. We all have done it. We all have pushed God aside because life took a turn for the busy side. Like me, when I started working thats all I did, I just worked then slept and pushed God out of the picture, because my schedule was too busy. Thats when I started feeling the distance in my relationship start to grow. God started becoming farther and farther away to me and I didnt like it. I hate that feeling, and so that is when I did this. I sacrificed some of my time to give to Him. I gave Him more time. I sacrifce my time everyday just to spend time with Him. That is how you restore your relationship with God. You pray and get deeply rooted into His Word. Friends, He wants you back.... He is longing for you to turn from your worldly desires and come to Him. He wants you !! no matter what Youve done you can always go to the Cross. Friends, meet Him there today. Make a committment in your relationship to commit to coming to Him and spending time with Him everyday. Even if its just a few minutes you can set aside. He just wants you to include Him in your life. He longs for that Intamacy with each of us. And we must respond to Him, and have that Intamacy with Him. How else do you become close with the Savior? You build your relationship one block at a time. The seed then, will turn into a beautiful flower and you will be something Glorious in Gods sight. One of His precious ones that remained faithful to Him, through all of lifes hardships and struggles He wants to be there with you. When your down and out, and when your on the peak of the Mountain He is always there and He is always God. Will you go to Him today ?

 " Lord, Thank You Jesus for being who You are and for being my God. I pray that You are Glorified through this message and through me. Lord I pray over each one that reads this message that You will Bless them everyday and that You will be Glorified through them. Father Thank You for the Sheep You have given me to guide. Lord may they see who You are throught the words You have given me to speak. Father I pray that You just protect each one and I pray that You are Glorified Lord in all that we do. I pray all of this in Your name Jesus, Amen."

 Friends thank You for your support of this ministry. I pray that you all are Blessed by what you read here. I pray that each of you will return soon for another visit and tell all of your friends and loved ones to do the same !!! I apologize that I am not here as much anymore and am trying to get back to you all as frequently as I can ! Thank You for your continued prayers and support !!! I love you all !!!

Thank You Jesus that no matter what we do, in our sin and shame you are always there to pick us right back up again and get us going on the right path. Thank You so much for your Love that You willingly give freely. even when You know how much we do not deserve It. I praise Your name Jesus !!!!

Wow, its been a while my friend ......

 HEY GUYS !!!! OH HOW IVE MISSED YOU !!!  I have been so busy I havent even been able to get on the computer ! its just been really really busy with me lately !!!! I have had some just ups and downs since I started my job. The first thing I saw was that my relationship with God was becomming strained because I just didnt make time for Him. I was coming home sleeping and going to work thats it. I felt so very distant from God, I hated it. I cried out to Him asking Him where He was. Why was I feeling this way ? Its then, in your moments where you think everything is a rye, He is there. He took me in His arms and said, My son, I love you and am right here. That floored me !!!!  The moments when you need Him most, He is always there. Last night, I felt the Holy Spirit wrapped around me all night. When I was working I was praying and just felt this sweet thick Spirit all around me and I truly believe that Christ was there. Jesus restored me. He brought me back. Ive been forcing myself to spend time with Him no matter what. Every chance I get I read the Word. I currently am studying the book of Revelation. I myself have really never read Revelation. I mean, Ive read into it from time to time but never really in depth. Never actually reading and studying it like I am now and wow its amazing !!! Ive always felt Revelation to be one of those books in the Bible that just is very mysterious and that the info is there, but mysterious in the fact that it hasnt happened yet and the future is being described to us in extreme detail. Its just like the wow factor ya know?

Well good news from the working front ! my co workers have virtually stopped cursing, at least around me. Praise God ! and if they slip and do say something they immedately say " Josh, I am so sorry I didnt mean to say that." That to me is the Hand of God working in their lives !!!! Glory be to God !!!! You guys, you dont know how good it is to talk to you !!!! ahhhh Ive missed you so much !!! it has been too long !!!!  8 days since the last post. Thats way too much time away ! I am here tonight and love that I get to talk to you ! 

You know that I am a thinker. I think alot about various topics, and this week I was thinking alot about restoration and like the prodigal son.  We all are the Prodigal Children of God. We go out into the world and leave our Father because we are enticed by the worlds pleasures. We come to find out that the pleasures of this world are not so pleasureable after a while and are really meant for our distruction. We then, turn and return to our Father, in shame and guilt for ever leaving Him. He on the other hand, is waiting every moment, watching for us to come over the hill back home to Him. When He sees us coming way off in the distance, He comes running for us and wraps us in His arms. We are not worthy of His good Graces but He is so happy to see that we have returned home, that He puts the best robes on us and sends for the fattened calf and throws a big party. You dont realize that He doesnt see the Sin and Shame that you left in, He sees His beautiful child, back in His arms. You are Restored because you came Back, You ran to Him. and He has forgiven you. we all need to see how much we truly need that restoration in Christ. Some of us are still playing out in the world, on our own, friend if thats you please turn and go to Him. Run Home ! He is waiting for you !!!

 " Father God, You are so good. I praise Your name and fall in Worship at Your feet. Father Thank You for all Youve done in my life and continue to do. Father I praise your name and pray that You bless everyone who visits this Ministry. I pray that You find favor in me and Lord I ask that You live in me so much that there is more of You and less of me everyday. Father I submit to You, Jesus I am Yours !! I pray this in Your Name, Amen."
