I think yong xiang wants to try and tank and later take my position as the secretary, making him the biggest influence in the club.but i think Chairman Chua will prevent it, mainly becuase, chairman chua also feels that yong xiang is tanking while the others are not really workin. i think my good ally, tan sze chuen will also step in if yong xiang tries devouring my position, since he, like me, is very particular about any yong xiang gaining any more influence or power in the club. But, on second thought, yong xiang may not wnat my mundane job, since he will be preoccupied with Humanities Program matters.
so, anyone who wants the job,it is up for sale!

-update attendance hours(3h-present/holidays,
2h-absent with reason(competitions,etc.), 0hr-no reason)
-update duty hours(I update the weeks events after
the events are over).When updating duty hours, please note that those with CIP
are colour coded (there are examples), Then, at the TOTAL CIP column, please add
to the sum the column code(G4,Z4).Just add to the first persons scripted sum,
den drag down, so that all the people will also have the hours added to them(0
hours-n hours)
-go to the third sheet, then, add in the
week.

oh ya. i was thinking, there new excos will be appointed somewhere in july..and the positions which i am aiming for are:welfare secretary(which is somewhat a demotion), chairman or member.
i do not want the job as the secretary as it is presumably the busiest job and you will get scolded as a bloody bastard by some of the horrible incorrigible members.
the welfare secretary basically compiles the CIP hours.i love working with excel and have been reformatting our clubs excel files to make it more user friendly for the nex generations. so , compiling should eb an easy job for me. hence, i would like the job.
i want the position as chairman simply because....the chairman basically does nothing except being the PR.like our president. he comes every meeting and just says please listen to the secretary...then, he goes on to discuss some matter with the technicians and mr lee. then, he will talk to the excos(if he has the time sice he goes off at 3 everytime for the debates).hence, i would like the job.
i think yong xiang should become the photo head, so that he can teach people.
i suppose i will most likely become the av head.which i seriously detest as it is so difficult to teach the new comers. the way i learnt all my skills last time was smply to do duties and slog out like a pig.then, i screw some parts and sometimes, the seniors will teach me. little by little, i become what i am today.hence, i do not really believe in spoon feeding. the lesson that i conducted last meeting was pracically useless, as the people only has the theory lessons. no practical=no lesson learnt. this is becuase, av i smainly made up of trouleshooting and responding quickly enough. if ne does not have the initiative, it will be completely useless.
if i cannot get the two exco positions that i desire, just make me a member. i wont mind. i forgot to add, the job is a really fulfilling job and you wil be able to learn alot of things out of it.
and, there is a trend that i observe in mediatech. it goes like this

simply meaning, the quality of the members differ each year, alternating themselves. my bacth is presumably good. this is becuase, the previous batch was too commited. i think half of them are in debate, and they all have other leaderhsip positions and hence, cannot devote much time to mediatech.
for the sec 2s this year, i am quite sad and isappointed in them. i could run an event by myself by teh end of sec 1. yet, the sec 2 batch ar currently giving me alot of problems (playing int eh control room, inability to set up a venue, labeling the secretary as a bloody bastard)
the sec 1s this year is a very good batch, even better than mine if they put in more effort. they are spontaneous, enthusiastic, etc. this years inake was interviewed, reviewed and thoroughly filtered, to make sure we get the best. we had 50 odd applicants this year. so, we only chose the best. i am putting alot of hope onto keifer since he is from proed. i will groom him and make him even better than me.
for the sec 3s i willsay we are generally good. we have people who excel in the dfferent areas( AV:JW and me, Photo:YX Nickee, Video:desomond, photo editing;YQ,DL,ZH, and BS who i very enthusiastic)
i think i made the best choice in my life to come to mediatech, and not stay in NPCC like what totochan did. also, i am established as the mediatech guy. ms quah is over exaggerating my skills to the teachers.
