shinzo abe has resigned as PM of japan. he took office with high hopes and great uncertainty as to his abilities. but while sarkozy, who similarly was an unknown quantity, has proven popular and a reformer if not as active as i had hoped, abe's brief tenure has been disastrous, especially with regard to foreign policy. with a still feeble economy, japan needs good leadership

| ok so i lost data from my experiment cause UH changed a computer hard drive and didn't back it up, so i ight have to redo an experimnent which means my mini thesis won't be finished in time. my merc check engine light came on yesterday, RIGHT when i was going to get to the lot i park at for school so i managed to get my mom, who is using my other car cause her's broke down, to pick me up from the dealership because they don't have any loaners available!!! i am so glad i did not buy they car from them or a new merc cause if i did i'd have killed the person on the other end of the line via ESP. so i get there and have to wait like 15 min. and manage to speak to my service advisor who tells me a diagnostic fee of $180 will be charged. WTF? it costs that much to hook up your OBD II reader and READ IT?! the guy was like, seriously, 20 btw. so i made an appt online with enterprise and the website said that all their locations have cars. didn't know it was for wed and not today!!! so i walked down to the nearest one, which is like .25 miles away at the Autoplex i worked at so i was used to going there and found out they have no cars and will not until MAYBE 3pm today. some good that does me. i seriously thought about buyig a new VW while i was there since apparently 2 cars is not enough for one person to get by

there are some things money can't buy, for everything else, like hyper inflated repair estimates, there are banks to rob!!!
