| yeahhhh sooo, i don't really have much to say at the moment. i messed up pretty badly yesterday. i freakin taco salad from taco bell at like 9pm. what the hell was i thinking?! yeah, i know i wasnt. but uhmm, i've been pretty good today. && i'm going to stay that way. i found some good excersice that i can do later. but right now i'm babysitting so i can't go for a run. i'll have to do that later tonight. i think i'm going to take the kids and go for a walk. just to be outside, i don't know. it'll burn more calories than just sitting around. but it probably won't burn much. OHHH! i was thinking last night, i think i'm going to purchase myself a trampoline. i could burn a lot of calories during the day && then go running. cause i won't have to leave. yeah, i think i'm going to do that.

yeah so i was thinking last night while i was on the internet and talking to my friend at 2am that there are 4 parts of my body that i would really really really like to fix.
#1-MY BOOBS: they are just to big. i wear like a 34B and i really want smaller boobs. them being this big just do not help me at all. i'd be a better runner without big boobs. i wouldnt have to worry about finding a bathing suit top to fit my boobs either. ughhh, and i feel like their huge but people keep laughing and making fun of my saying they shrunk during track. whatever, lets see what they say when i get where i want to be, which happens to be so flat-chested that i barely have to wear a bra. that'd be fabulous. but anywayyyy, i have no idea how to achieve this. does anyone know of any workouts or any tips to make my boobs smaller? it'd be greatly appreciated thanks.
#2-MY STOMACH: yeah that's just not going to work. before it was like skinny yet muscular but i havent done an ab workout in, oh my word too long, and now i just feel like it's flabby. i have a bit of muscle underneath but not as much as i used to. and now i've got a hell of a lot more fat to go on top of it. not going to workout. going to have to fix this. i want my hipbones to stick out. that would be amazing. i want them to stick out to the point that when i wear pants, there is a space between the pants and my stomach. ohhhh god that's what i want!
#3-MY BUTT: it's just discusting and too big. people think it's great to have a butt. i just don't see it. i want it gone! i don't like it! it's one of the main reasons that i can't fit into like size 1 jeans. i have to much "junk in my trunk" that will have to be fixed, like immediatly. i don't like it at all! i want to fit size ones && zeros so badddd. so that way when people ask me what size at them i can smile when i say it. i mean everyone wears a 2/3. & it sucks cause it's just so closeeee to that 0/1, but no cigar.
#4-MY LEGS: so my legs hmmm, well not my entire leg just my thighs. i don't have a problem with my ankles cause i get told all the time that i've got skinny ankles and i like that =] && my calves have like no fat on them. they are bones && muscle. what i have a problem with are my enormous thighs! they are discusting! when i put my feet together, i do not want my legs to touch each other at all. [this looks great in skinny jeans by the way.] i want them to be as far as they can be away from eachother. i want them to have shape still but i just want them to be skinnier. like i don't want my calves and my thighs to be the same size cause then your legs look like hotdogs cause it's the same all the way down, i don't like that.
*sighhh* so i'm going to achieve these goals. my ending date will be the first day of winter track. which is sometime in november-ish i'm going to say. that would be the perfect time to put myself to the test. i want to be skinny but yet be able to run well. && i havent decided yet which one is more important to me.
INTAKE breakfast: slept wayyy through. woke up at 12 =] lunch: a peach [60calories] dinner: sdaofjasdflkasj!!! failed. taco salad form taco bell. going to blow someone's head off.
