| Since friday ive been messing up my diet again. i had started with a good breakfast but than for lunch we got vouchers for a free meal at work. i ended up eating fries with carbonade...hmmm....at night i went clubbing, i drank 1 redbull and 1 baccardi diet coke. than saterday i slept in, didnt had time for breakfast, so i ate some waffles at work. i didnt had time for grocery shopping either so the rest of the days i had to live in take out food. i took some dietpills on saterday again which made me end up eating lots of chocolate and sugar on sunday. so surprise surprise, this morning i was back to 70kg...grrrr I still felt for things like pizza or pasta or chinese...but i decided to start straight away! im now on the scarsdale diet. my mum used to do it after having my brother and it made her loose alot of weight. breakfast: 2 wholeweat toasts, 1 black coffee, 1 grapefruit lunch: tomatos, mix of meat (chicken, beef, horse) dinner: salat with lettuce, tomato and scrimps, 1 cup of tea drank: im almost at my 1,5l of water sport: my cat had to go to the vet...it took me an hour fighting with her to get her in her box. now i gonna do some cheerpractice. mood: very fucked up!! I need to go to court because I drove too fast. I finally have some days off, and work keeps calling if i cant make it anyway, grr...im so tired and i want to have some time for myself! | | |
| B-: I didnt have breakfast at home, so I planned to take something at work which i could eat at my desk, but I had to run from one place to the other all the time for 3 hours. than I finally could have a little granolabisquit with orange juice and a small coffee with sugar. L: didnt take lunch with me either (I overslept in the morning and I really had to rush). so I took a baguette with only vegetables at work. I asked for no sauce! normally they put a little bit of dressing on it. now I asked no sauce and they gave me fucking mayonaise. it was not too much, but they ruined it! diner: mashed patatoes (made it myself, didnt add butter and used skimmed milk), steamed salmon, sprouts, and chicory (all steamed). for dessert I had a few of those weight watcher cookies. they are sooo good! (104kcal for 2), they are a new addiction! but I luckily dont have too many left. sport: nothing special, just cleaned up, ran around alot at work and im just waaaaaayyyyyyyy too tired, I didnt sleep well last night, now im tired also from having too many workdays in a row. im so tired i couldnt even talk properly. water: finished a liter so far, another half one to go. I could take my first bit of water at noon, before i was too busy,though i was really thirsty, now my head hurts. | | |

| after those xtrine 3 tablets I was totally hyper. some guy from work called to ask if I wanted to go clubbing, I said ok, but later on they decided not to go 'cuz they heard they music wasn't any good on monday, but we probably will go later on this week. it will be great, dancing all night, but fuck fuck fuck...saying no to alcohol will be no, especially when going with boyz only. they usually dont understand much of diets. anyway, the tablets still worked this morning, after I woke up, I danced around while getting ready and than did some situps for half an hour. b: muesli with 1 spoon of skimmed milk(i ran out of milk, oops), 1 glass of fresh grapefruitjuice, 1 kiwifruit, 1 cup of greentea l: salad of all kinds of vegetables and fruit, 4 small wholegrain crackers, bit of low fat cheese. cup of greentea d: leftover from salad, again 4 small crackers+cheese, 4 dried prumes, cup of laxativetea drank: 1,5l water not too bad I guess...but still too much to loose. I just checked, I lost some again. I guess I'll finally be 68kg tomorow! than it's only 20 more to go... I felt like getting pizza tonight, but I weighed myself and I thought, nope if I dont eat it, Ill finally be under those damn 69! | | |
| saterday: breakfast: bowl of muesli with skimmed milk and 1 glass of fresh grapefruitjuice lunch: dark bread with grilled chicken and mixed vegetables dinner: salat and grilled chicken, some bread and mixed vegetables. I drank 1,5l water and some tea sunday: b: bowl of special k with skimmed milk and fresh grapefruitjuice l: bread with chickenmeatloaf ill call it (it was a ball made out of minced chicken, a bit spicy) and a bowl of soup d: patatoes in the oven, cranberries, mixed steamed vegetables, grilled chicken and another 1,5 of those "chickenballs" snack: half of a chocolatewaffle and cup of coffee drank: some tea and 2l water monday: b: bowl of muesli with skimmed milk and fresh grapefruitjuice l: leftover from yesterday: half a chickenball(they are soo tasty), bit of grilled chicken, 3 small patatoes, cranberries and mixed vegetables d: nothing: my lunch was pretty late snack: 1 apple water: 1,75l sport: I went running for 10min in the freezing cold (they predicted snow for tomorow and you can feel it already), than did some exercises for half an hour (with halters, situps,...) before I took 3 extrine24/7 tablets, they help losing weight and help you burn extra calories while exercising, I dont dare to take them, cuz my heart beats like crazy and they make me feel dizzy and sick. I weighed myself at my parents on sundaymorning: 68,8kg!! this morning at my place 69,4kg. either the scales aren't equal or I ate too much of that chicken. good news: I finally fit in my favourite party trousers again!
