Hey Guys!

            Long time no post. :)   Hope all of you are doing well.    We're in Colorado now and we're doing great.   I found out from some of the ladies here in the neighborhood that I probably won't get my wish for a white Christmas, but I will get a white Easter. :)   That should be really interesting.  :)

             Connor is really stubborn - Are ALL kids like this at 2 years of age, or is it just MY kid???   ::sighs::  WOW!!   Ian is cutting teeth at the moment, so he's not always the happiest little guy, but for the most part, he's great!   I think he's going to start crawling here shortly.   He sure can roll around though. :)

             Our big news is that we're expecting Baby #3 in March.    A little bit of a surprise - for both of us, but we're excited.    I'm just happy that Josh is going to be here for this birth.

Our New House

Well, we are in our new house - as of Monday!   It's a 3 bedroom/1 1/2 bath, and we LOVE IT!!!   You go out the back fence, and there's a playground for Connor, Josh is only 10 mins from work and doesn't have to wait on everyone at the gate.  We're down the road from the commisary, PX, and the Mini Mall .   They have a KFC, Burger King, and Godfather's Pizza on post, and there's afew chains in the food court at the PX. 

        Our medical is now working, so we're going to be taking the boys to our PCM and their new pediatrician soon.   I, myself, will be going to see afew doctors since it's been awhile since I've had a check up.  Then we're going to the dentist.   Connor is going to be getting all the check ups and shots necessary to have him in day school afew days a week starting this fall.   I'm hoping it will be a situation where he can just go to school in the morning, and when Josh comes home for lunch he can bring Connor back in time for his nap.  Just having the morning free would enable me to get some house cleaning done while Connor's away.

          I have taken some pictures of the new house, and I will try to get them posted as soon as I can.  Hopefully this evening.   Josh actually has the afternoon free so he and Connor are going to go play at the park after Connor's nap. 

         If you would like our new address, drop me a line and I'll give it to you.   ::grins::  Just don't want to publicly post it on Xanga for ANYONE to see.  :)

Home Sweet Home - Just 4 days away!!!

Hi all!!

          We're in Colorado now, and we're doing great!   We move in to our new house on Monday next week.  For those of you who would like our new address, just send me a note, and I'll give it to you.  Our cell phone numbers are still the same.

           We're looking forward to the 4th of July celebration here.   There's supposed to be some real fun at the park on base, and I'm looking forward to meeting some of the people in Josh's unit.  :)

            I'm going to go for now.   We sure miss you guys!!!

Plannin' A Party

Fun fun fun!   We're planning a going away party that Ron and Linda are going to be hosting at their house for us. :)   We're excited about it.  Our last chance to hang out with close friends before we move to Colorado.     I just looked at the weather for Ft. Carson, and they're supposed to be getting snow/rain tomorrow.  Can you believe that?!   SNOW?  It's the middle of April for pete's sake!   lol    Looks like I'm going to have to do a major wardrobe overhaul for me and the boys.   Atleast I'll have a reason to go shopping now. :)   Connor's legs are so long that I think I'm going to need to buy him 3t pants/shorts/shirts now.  He's going to be 3 in November, but already, his britches are fast becomming high-waters.

                   Ron and Linda are wanting to come out and spend Christmas with us.   That's going to be so cool!  We'll get a white christmas this year! :)   Going to have to make sure that I have a good camera so that I can post pictures of the boys, the base, and the mountains.    Mom and Dad and the kids might go skiing next year, so we could meet them at Monarch, and hang out with them.   Ft. Carson is just south of  Colorado Springs, and just north of Pueblo.  There's been a fire near the base, and it looks like some families could be evacuated.  If you want more information, go to www.carson.army.mil. 

                    Josh will be home on the 7th.   We are anxiously awaiting his return.   Not sure if he's going to be deployed immediately after he gets there, or if we'll be there for 2 years before he goes anywhere.  As soon as we know something, you'll hear it here.

Houston .........WE HAVE OUR ORDERS!!!

All righty everybody - we are headed to Ft. Carson, Colorado in June for anywhere from 4 months to 2 years.   Not sure at this point.   We won't know when/if Josh is going to deploy until he gets up there at the end of May. 

                Ian is scheduled for his big boy surgery on the 14th of May.   Fortunately, Josh will be home this time.  His graduation from AIT will be the 7th, then he comes home for anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month.  Then we move, then he deploys and the boys and I will move back home while he's gone, then we get on with our lives. 

I'd like to see as many of you as  I can over the next 6 weeks, so if you have some free time and you'd like to get together, let me know!   I'm pretty flexible, and distance isn't an issue! :)    Email jennifer.worsham@yahoo.com, or call me.   I'm not posting the # on Xanga. :)   lol  I'm not that crazy!!
