What makes me really happy is being around the people I love. My three closest friends make me happier than anything, because they let me know that they care. God also makes me happy.... having someone that knows every single fault and still loves me more than anyone else ever possibly could.

life in general makes me..generally happy. you asked in another question if you have love, and i think everyone has love. whether it's toward their parents, or their dog/cat/pet, friends, god, anything. everyone has love somewhere. love makes me happy. i'm the most loving person i know <3

I love the people I see in Drum & Bugle Corps. These are the most dedicated people I know, and it makes me incredibly happy to know that there are people like me out there. Kids willing to throw away their entire summer, and spend every day of it working, working to perfect their art. It's positively amazing. I think we as a people have an issue with motivation. It makes me happy to see people, not just in my drumlines, but people anywhere that really throw themselves at what they love, and give it their all.

There are moments that in the past have allowed me to feel at peace with the world (without any joy attached), or proud of myself (or at least less guilty), or euphoric, or in a dazed awe of everything (both with and without mood-altering substances)...but just plain happy, content, satisfied?

I don't remember, to be honest.

Well, I'm usually happy while at the top of a water slide tower. You know, after you've been wating an hour in line to go on a tube ride with your friends (cuz you thought it would be fun, cuz it was high), and you're just standing up there in your swimsuit, the sun shining, a light breeze caressing you. Peaceful.
