Walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love.                                                          -Ephesians 4:1-2

And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you.                                             -Ephesians 4:32

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.                                                                 -James. 3:17

Love suffers long and is kind.
-1 Corinthians 13:4

Oh Lord, Let me learn to be gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits!

Romans 7:18 For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. 19 For the good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want. 20 But if I am doing the very thing I do not want, I am no longer the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me. 21 I find then the principle that evil is present in me, the one who wants to do good.

6:21 Therefore what benefit were you then deriving from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the outcome of those things is death. 22 But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life.

7:24 Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death? 25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord!                      NASB

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Ps 46:1KJV

God is too wise to be mistaken -

And He is too good to be unkind.

When you can’t understand

When you can’t see His plan

When you can’t trace His hand –                                                 Trust His Heart

I have a bunch of patient friends. It is thoughtful of you to visit from time to time and ask if I'm still alive. I am! Some of my family had a couple of sick days this week, though they are all mending.

You people inspire me. When I take a moment to check in and see what is going on, there are good things! Keep that up!

Has anyone else been thinking how good and constantly faithful our Father is? Or about the potential for a 4th snowfall this week? FOURTH in ONE winter!!! In TEXAS!
