Back from AZ

We went to Chase Field in Phoenix and saw Josh Beckett, Dice K and Randy Johnson. We also went north to Sedona and went to Slide Rock. This is a must if you're ever in AZ. Make sure you visit Slide Rock...it's a creek that's like Raging Waters. SO in other words, it's a natural water park. You slide down rocks in the water, jump off of rocks into the water and step on stepping stones to avoid the water. Another place that was neat at night was ASU's college town. It's a street full of bars and clubs. We went to one called "The Big Bang" and it was awesome because there was a band and they played all the drunk music that you can think of. Songs such as "Free Falling" by Tom Petty, and "Piano Man" by Billy Joel. Everybody's drunk and sings along with the band. SO fun. Yep, that's pretty much it. Gas is cheaper...87 octane is $2.99 and Marlboro reds are $6.00. The high is 100 degrees and the low was probably high 80s or low 90s. People walk to bars in shorts and sandals. Oh yeah...what made this trip much more fun was that there were a lot of people from Boston in Phoenix. I guess they follow the team on the road, so there were a lot of Boston accents being spoken. "I pahked my cah at the Hahvuhd Bah!"

Edit: If you're ever in AZ, go eat at Kid Chillen's Bad Ass BBQ. It's bad ass!

Phoenix, Arizona

Here I come!!!

6/9-6/11

I'm going with Carl, and Soo and we're planning to watch the Arizona Diamondbacks play against the Boston Red Sox. Also, we're gonna tour the rocky desertland (make sense?) and check out the city of Phoenix...one of the nation's fastest growing cities.

Summer

So what is everyone doing during the summer? Any travel plans? Can I go with you?

Well I've recently discovered Craig David's 2005 album and there's this song that was so good when I first heard it. It's called "Unbelievable" And then in second place comes "Let Her Go" Check IT Out

I'm a bad worker. I've been on the job for about three weeks and I've already missed twice and have been late once. And what's worse is that the absences occurred within a week. The first two days I missed was this past Tuesday and today was the second day I missed. The day I was tardy was the second day on the job. I'm such the underachiever.

But when I'm at work: There's this other worker who's in his late 30's. What an annoying son of a gun! The guy's divorced...used to own a textile business...went bankrupt...and he thinks he knows everything and I know nothing. I think the guy lives by himself so I guess he has no one to talk to...so I'm the victim of his blabbering needs. Basically the guy hates doing business with Koreans because of how shady they can be and wants to be rich. That's all he talks about. But you know, he's alright. I'm just glad I didn't end up with a co-worker that bosses me around and makes me not want to be there. I can spend three hours a day with him. why not?

Gas prices...If they stay at this price and never ever ever raise again. I'd be grateful. No no, I take that back. Let it be at $2.99 per gallon, and then I'd be happy. For cheap gas...Crenshaw & Carson Chevron sells 91 octane for $3.45 per gallon. Remember when 87 octane used to be $0.99?

yeah these are the emotions I get when I see gas prices go up AGAIN!

School ends next week and summer school starts on the third week of June.
