The Confederate Flag.

Ok, this is probably the most controversial thing I have ever posted but lately I've been noticing more and more kids ignorantly displaying the Confederate Flag.  I mean, do you actually understand what that flag means?  Do you realize that it's not the American Flag!  Why would you display such a flag that promotes ignorance, or are you too ignorant to understand that such a flag stands for rebellion towards civil rights and freedom.  The north won.  It's over.  Slavery has been since rebolished and people of different races and sexes have the right to say as they wish, as since this country has become free to not just white men, but for everyone.  It seems almost like kids are trying too hard to fit in or something.  To say, "Hey! I'm cool because I have a Confederate flag on my truck".  Who the fuck you trying to impress!  I'm sorry, yes I am liberal but I believe everyone should be treated as a equal and not as a third of a person or an eighth of a person.  If you live and breathe the same air you deserve a great life

Ok, to continue what I typed this morning I do understand that the confederate flag has more to it than trying to keep the black man down.  My whole motive behind posting that was over the fact that people display the flag for the wrong reasons, such as my neighbors. Yes, I do understand if someone is from the south, the confederate flag means more to them and they're family's heritage as opposed to some kid in Wisconsin who ignorantly says "I'm a bad ass" for displaying it, without knowing the true meaning of it; and yes, I'm aware that I'm not the most educated about it either; but for what some people in society believe the meaning of that flag is just bothers me.

I'm back!

Ok, I finally got the balls to spend money.  I got a new computer; a E-Machines to be specific.  I bought just the hard drive with the mouse, speakers, and keyboard because I already have a monitor with speakers on both sides of the monitor.  It's actually a neat little monitor for being ten years old.  I like it, so I feel no need to spend more money than I have to.  I bought it cheap at Wal Mart here in Burlington for $313 bucks, that includes tax of course.  It was $298.00 retail but that was the cheapest desktop computer I could find.  I went to Best Buy in Lake Geneva and their cheapest computer was $419.00 it was a e-machine as well.  I also check out that Target in Lake Geneva and the shocking thing was, they didn't even have computers, they had ascessories.  That was a wasted trip in its self, I don't like Target anyway. 

In the mean time I'm back online now after a brief technical hiatas, so I'll be posting more, even though sometimes my post aren't as nerdy as the rest of yours.lol.

Well it's that time, I finally got a letter in the mail from Gateway to return the lap top.  I have the other computer but I won't be abled to play WoW or anything; I don't even think the internet works on that thing anymore.  I'll try to get another computer but there goes my free music.  I wonder if I can actually transfer that Bear Share program to a new computer, I'm sure there's a way.  Then in that case I can get my music for free again :P  Well in the mean time tomorrow I'm going to take the trip to Kenosha and return the darn thing; I've had it since January and it's going to suck not having it, but it might actually be a good thing too.  I mean, not having it might actually motivate me to get off my ass and get a better job and take some classes or something.  Or it might get me motivated to work out or something and actually get out of the house.  Just think of all the time I've wasted on the computer when I could of been doing something constructive, all well, what can I do?
