| | felt like updating. i have a ton of hilarious pictures i wanna put on here but i can`t get the scanner hooked up. bummer. i need a digital. seriously.
practice today till 11 & then drove jakie home. good times in the weight room haha. i did some crunches & stuff. more than some other people. oh yeah, & got a t-shirt. smile when it hurts. today we did some crazy drills for warm-up. killed my ankles. that`s not so hard to do. tomorrow we go to VF again? sure.
kels turns 13 tomorrow. she`s having a party with her friends over at a hotel. so it`s just me & my dad. well, my g-rents are coming. so them too. i finally ate dinner for the first time since sunday. haha. here`s some stuff to fill youu in
sunday* worked 9-5 & learned breakfast. some of it, i mean. ran from 5:30 to about 5 minutes to 6. got lost in abbey downs. saw ryan & alyssa on this go cart thing. not much else. monday* first day of preseason. worked until 8 & came home. ate chicken wings. if that even counts as dinner? tuesday* 2nd day of preseason. went to VF but the bus was 18 minutes late. yes. ran 3-3 1/2 miles. worked until 8 & ate leftover pizza. wow, again a great dinner. wednesday* 3rd day of preseason. ran 4 miles up at VF. different trail though. work from 4-9. crazy times at dinner rush. haha. burned my finger trying to make grilled cheese. at least it`s not the pan. that's an improvement. thursday* 4th day of preseason. time-tested 1 1/2 miles. 12:46. yeah, it's slow. but i'm not the average distance runner. & according to stauffer, i smiled so i needed to work harder. but we both agreed that the time was impressive by my standards. came home & fell asleep. chiropractor 4:30. i`m beat.
