I had some time before going to fold the laundry and finish getting ready for Mason's party... and I just wanted to leave a little note for my precious husband...

We've been married almost 6 months now, and I still cannot believe what a wonderful man I've found- I just want to tell you a few of the things that make me love you so much- *the way you argue with me over who loves who the most * the way you look at me as though there is not another woman on the face of the earth (even when I've just rolled out of bed and have no make up on)* the way you still grab my left hand just to touch my wedding ring * the way you are always there to tuck me in at night and see me off with a kiss every morning * the comfort I feel when you are beside me- feeling protected, safe and warm no matter what we are doing... I love the way you understand my moods (or at least accept them) how I can just be me and not worry that you won't understand * the way you love my son so much, and the way he loves you in return- like story time each night, teaching him to play chess, going to his school conference when I couldn't make it and doing extra things around the house to make sure his birthday is perfect.

What a lucky woman I am to have everything all wrapped up in one, my best friend, my soul mate, my everything, thank you thank you thank you for being so wonderfully you.   I love you

Ever  have one of those days?  UGH, I've been having them alot lately, so much to do I don't know where to start, so I just don't start...The girls are supposed to be in a Christmas play this weekend at our church, and we can't get their mother to call us so we know when to pick them up...or if we even can pick them up.  Baking to do, cleaning, more present shopping, wrapping, a few more things to make for presents, work all day, exhausted at night... And on top of that becoming a real grouch, I feel like I've had PMS for weeks, and can't shake it... Good thing my guys are understanding-

They are helping out Stephen even offered to help me paint one of the presents I'm making,... I miss being able to read everyone's sites, tonight I think I'll take an hour and do nothing but that...I miss all  you guys and hope you are having a wonderful time and not getting too stressed out over the holiday season.

Stephen, thank you so much for 1.) fixing my computer which had pickle juice spilled all over it 2.) for writing me that beautiful letter 3.) for helping out around here 4.) for loving me even when I'm tired and grouchy.

I'm looking back through my blogs, and have noticed one thing, I don't say how wonderful my husband is nearly as much as I used to... so Stephen I just wanted to say, I love you, and am so happy I married you- You make every day better, by just being here- the way you hug me everyday when we come home from work, and tell me how much you missed me that day... the way you drop into my work, just to say hello or to take me to lunch, the way you'll play that silly computer came w/ Mason, or the way you look at me when we are having story time, the way you still hold me each night as I fall asleep... For these and so many other reasons, I love you yesterday, today and forever.

Stephen decided to wake me up at 5am (very unusual for him to be up before me, and so I guess he thought it fair that he wake me).  No kids in the house for another 2 hours- so all will be quiet... I want to go back to sleep... but at least he made me coffee-

Everything here is going well, RealSmoos grandma is in town so we'll be going to see her today, then there is an exotic animal auction in Lampassas that we'll be going to- the kids should enjoy seeing the camel, water buffalo and what nots...
