| been going to the gym everyday at 7 am yesssssssss im hurting like a mofo though but ill get through it even though the damn scale said i gained a pound dont know how but i did. we'll juss say its muscle yesssssssssssssssssss! but i think im not gonna weigh myself every day juss once a week to see the slow progress im making or well hopefully making again. |
