hello lovelies. thanks so much for all your comments & support. i hope your right & its just water weight. im supposed to be getting my period within the next week so maybe you're right. anyway, im not having the best day ... eating-wise im doing good but besides that, ARGHH!!! so i really dont know what to write about, considering i said everything i had to say last night. im going to try to work out again but i have no idea if the boyfriend is coming over or not...
i will be 110 by halloween!

Want Perfection Challenge Week 8 / Going Veg Day 7

hey girls. sorry i havent been updating... i've been doing terribly. my brothers b-day was on the 2nd so there has been a bunch of cake and donuts everywhere! i've gained 3 lbs. (now 118) & i ate tuna on Friday i did it without even thinking about it to. i made mac n cheese for everyone & i always put peas and tuna in so i didnt even think about the fact that i wasnt supposed to eat it till it was 2 inches from my mouth... & then i still ate it cuz i had been craving mac n cheese for a few days... FAILURE
the boyfriend is at home tonight so after i get off line im going to work out for the first time in over a month! im going to try to make it a regular thing but its so difficult with the boyfriend here constantly...
i know im not going to be able to pull 105 by halloween so i have to be 110 by halloween!!! if im not 110, im not even going to dress up. i will do better this week!!! and the next week... and the next... and the next

Want Perfection Challenge Week 8 / Going Veg Day 3



hello. couldnt update this morning... running late as usual. it was so nice & warm under my blanket, i didnt want to move lol yesterday wasnt good! way too many calories... most of it was healthy (no meat ) but i did eat a lot. they sent me home waaay early today so hopefully i can work out a bit before the boyfriend shows up?! i havent worked out in over a month...
my mom got more free apples from work so thats going to be my new 'snack food'. i need to make some serious changes cuz theres no way im losing 10 lbs. by the end of the month
today's intake is shitty so far. my boss brought donuts for everyone since the sox won the game. i was going to skip it but i've already been getting shit from people at work about how little i eat & everyone kept making comments so i just ate one to shut everyone up i bought a veggie burger after work. im going to stay away from it for as long as possible...

New Rules
1. no eating after 8pm
2. no more than 1000 cals. / day
3. need a snack? eat an apple!
4. work out at least 3 times a week (may be more difficult than it sounds)

Want Perfection Challenge Week 8 / Going Veg Day 1



hello, lovelies. woke up late this morning so i couldnt update. so this week is going to be my trial period as for as going veg. i think my only problem will be the grilled chicken salads at work... its like an addiction, i tell you! lol i bought a veggie burger after work but i havent eaten it yet. i think i may allow myself fish with this whole 'going veg' thing... even though half the reason im going veg is cuz of the cruelty to animals, but fish is practically vital is u want to live a healthy life. my mom has already decided that shes going to start cooking more vegetarian meals... cuz veggies are cheaper than meat and cuz she knows i dont like most meat as it is. that food she made last night (basmati rice w/ tomato curry, and steamed broccoli) was amazing! she wants to start making that like once a week or so. so this going veg thing should be a  little easier with her doing all that...

Want Perfection Challenge Week 7 Day 7

fast ended at 16 hrs. boyfriend bought subway so im not going to feel too bad about it... cant update right now ... hopefully can later?!

[edit 9:15pm] hello again. so as u can see, i suck & broke my fast! but it was healthy and thats the majority of what i've eaten today so im not going to beat myself up. we (the boyfriend and i) ran into a friend of mine while we were shopping (he bought me new pants ) so we headed to subway. i probably could have gotten away with not eating if we hadnt stayed to eat but she had to feed her baby so we sat & ate. my mom is making basmati rice right now & im the only one home so i feel obligated to eat... & its healthy so no biggy.
im still maintaining at 115 its been like 3 weeks now! i highly doubt i'll be making that goal of 105 by halloween...
im thinking about going veg again. i've considered going vegan but i love real milk and cheese too much lol maybe i'll try it this week... see how long i can go without having my grilled chicken salad after work?! lol
