WELCOME

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

1. code format - most of my codes are in MP3 format. That's my favorite music code format. Yes, it has the bonus of (a) being downloadable and (b) a code nearly everyone can use but it has it's drawbacks.
*If the code doesn't seem to load the whole song the first time, wait a few minutes then refresh the page and see if it works. If it doesn't I copied part of a song... and you should say something to me about that.
*If the code just isn't loading or gives you an error page it's broken and you should probably report it.

2. slight limitation: I don't do rap, pop, r& b, or really anything like that. It's nothing personal to those of you that listen to it. I'm sure it has some good songs, but I know nothing about it nor does it really interest me (no offense) but I will certainly take your requests in these genres.

3. yes, i AM a idiot: Here's you're warning, I really suck at spelling. No lie. I just figured out I've been doing my abc wrong a year ago. Really, there's not much I can do about it since it's music and some things are just spelled wrong on purpose and spell check would be useless. So I'm sorry my friends but all you can do is hope I spell it right and make sure you're kids turn out better than me.

4. finding things: For my mozilla people. Go to edit 'Find in this page" and type in the band/song at the small area at the bottom of the page. Sometimes I forget to add songs to the bottom if they're requested. I think that might also work with internet explorer.

5. creepy factor: Yes... I visit your sites. *Gasp* I read you're weblogs! *oh no* but I'm not some creepy stalker hiding in your closet with a polaroid camera talking pictures of you sleeping. I'm weird but not that weird. So god forbid if I go to your site and read... because we all know that's not what they're for! (being sarcastic). This espically goes for music sites. If you EVER put me on your jocking list for visiting your site I will throw such a huge fit that involves some straight flat bitch fighting. Jocking lists are so incredibly stupid, and so is thinking I'm going to your site for that reason. I visit because I'm insterested in it. Espically if you have one cool music site like a lot of you do, or some spankin' awesome layout or quotes site. (LOVE quote sites.) Or some of you are just incredibly funny, and I like to read your weblogs. So chill, I promise I'm not going to kill you.

MY RULES/PREFERENCES...

1. I'd rather you didn't jock! I'm not some freak whose is going to chase you with a kitchen knife if you do but... as the site has progressed I've had to make my own codes and do extensive searches and it just seems like a waste if you come and steal all of my hard work without giving me any credit. But I'm not saying you have to put my site in big bolded text... just subscribe or something. Or better yet talk to me. I might think you're site is really cool and add it to my section below.

2. DO NOT ask for an album. I'm not you're cd store... I feel bad enough about having as many codes on here for certain artists already, and I'm a really big push over so if you ask I'm going to have to get it and I'm going to feel really crappy about it. For that matter BE RESPECTFUL OF THE ARTISTS! They work hard to get where they are, and they deserve a little respect. I'm not saying 'don't download! It's sinful', I'm saying don't download they're whole frickin' album and then sell it to your friend. I think if you really love music this goes without saying but just in case.

3. You can request without subscribing! But if you really love me and/or the site you'll subscribe. It makes me feel like all this work is worth it.

4. FOR REQUESTS:

*If you want me to get back to you SAY SO. I don't do it unless you ask or unless i have some reason to/ we're buddies.
*I don't mind you being funny about it like calling me your bitch/dog/or whatever you're weird little minds come up with... but if your really mean to me... I'm going to ignore you. But it takes a lot for me to get offended.
*YOU CAN REQUEST MORE THAN ONCE! I don't know what it is with this site but i have rarely ever had someone be mean to me. And thus all of you are really sweet and are say things like "I'm sorry to bother you" or "i have one more request if that's okay?". >< Have you SEEN my request board? One more request is not going to kill me. ^^ You guys have got to get pushy. Be like I want another one bitch and i don't care what you have to say about it." Seriously though... request as much as you need to. Just keep in mind lists take longer.
*LOOK before you request. I'll say if I already have it in my request box but still... saves us both some time.
*PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. This is the thing that upsets me the most, DON'T request to me and then go to another site and request. That's called going behind my back, and it hurts me. I offer this as a free service and I LOVE doing this for you guys... and I love to feel needed and betrayal is a bitch.
*I love comments with body. No offense to the people that just leave a request and the artist but um... that's really boring. If you have a story behind it, I'll remember/want to find it more.

Music_Magazine - GO HERE! No seriously, it's one of my favorite sites. It's really is a music magazine. It teaches you about what's going on with the music world. It's extremely awesome. I LOVE it. Check it out.

MUSicIsCool_x - This is a really cool music site, that I became friends with about a year ago. She does the diversity thing better than I do so you should check her out if you don't see what you want from me.

    Soliloquists - I don't know what I can say that could make you understand how incredibly awesome this site/owner is. I owe this site a lot! The owner taught me how to make my own codes and is incredibly funny. You should go there.
    musix___x3 - Another site worth the mentioning is this music site. I just like the over all style of this site. It's worth your time.
    UnrequitedSarcasm - me and the owner of this site are currently in a disagreement. She think she has can call my site good after owning her site. Pssh, I don't know what she's thinking. My site looks like a ant to hers. >< I swear, you go to this site and I will probably never see your name on my footprints ever again. Yes this site is THAT good. The owner is extremely nice as well, so go and visit.
    dr0pkick__music - I used to go to this site before I even had a music site, so this site had been around a while and is to this day still a music site GOD. Seriously, if you own a music site you've heard of this site, and you're jealous of it. I know I am. Not to mention the owner is really nice, and funny. And the code index is unbeatable. You should go... it is more than worth your time.

Alkaline_girl1991 - This site has some the most punk/antarchist music layouts I've ever seen. If you're looking for good music Layouts I'd suggest this site.

Whatnotandlayouts - Another AWESOME site. With several really cool layouts. It's really just a really great site, and the Creator is an extremely nice person who is just the absolute of cool and has offered me a lot of help. So Go to this site and witness the greatness.
indie_photos - This site is just woa. I mean the layouts are just so different that you have to give her some respect for that. So here's another one to go to.

    Justanothercool_layoutsite - This is one awesome site. There are some amazing layouts and not only that but the owner is sort of chill. I don't like sites that with really bitch owners that sick their supporters on you and if you believe in polar opposite this owner is it. Which just makes it 5 times cooler. the layouts are nothing to sneeze at either. So check this one out too. It's strongly recommended.
    Lovetosavelyts-- Okay for all my myspace people here's the site for you. This site has amazing layouts for myspace. And I don't know about you but I think myspace layouts are harder so this site will save you the trouble/time. It has a nice diversity to it too. It's an all around nice site.
    Plastic_zebra - This site is so damn amazing. The originality is enough to overpower and kill some of the other layout sites I've been to. This has to be one of my favorite layout sites ever. It's just THAT amazing. GO HERE.

    musicquotes_love - the FIRST quote site I ever saw was this one. Might I say, I LOVE quote sites, and I was amazed when I saw this one. This site is awesome. The owner is also really nice, to the point most the of their subscribers talk casually to the owner about whatever. It's a really awesome site. Not corporate at all. As well as really pretty.
    DOLLFACE_Quotes - this is another awesome quote site. It's a little more out of the box with the quotes which is really cool but has quotes for nearly every mood, as well as incorporates new bands into her quotes. Check it out.
    WH0RExSLUT_quotesz - I've got a new quote site for you guys. AWESOME site, and the person is incrediby nice. she helped me out with some broken codes and stuff. And the quotes are amazing seriously 5 stars. Major props to her.

DevilishIcons - Yay for my 1st link to an icon site. And if that doesn't tell you how good this site is then nothing else will. This site is amazing. It has icons and great pictures. I love it. Go there.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

I will answer you're music question, just comment/message me and I'll place them here.

1. Can I download songs from your site?
    *Cough, cough* Yes. *cough* But I do not advise it, nor do I encourage it. Technically it's illegal.
    My excuse however is that it's free advisement for the bands. And it's not like I just keep mainstream on here either. This site is designed for samples of bands. And even mainstream sometimes has trouble getting to the ears of people. So I like to think I'm helping not hurting.
    In theory if all your doing is downloading a few songs from a few artist to see if you like them and then are like "WOW, they're really cool" scurries to cd store and buys cd, i see no problem with it and I'm sure the band doesn't either.
    Anyway I just thought I'd clear that up for people.

2. How do I download songs?
     You still don't know this? Have you been living under a rock? (in the nicest way possible of course). Well I guess I should explain in easy steps.
    a) left click on the song
    b) go to 'SAVE LINK AS'
    c) do all the formatting, like picking the folder it shall go in and once you click okay it should work.

3. I want to make a music box thing that plays for my site? How exactly do I do this?
    Speaking for all you crazy people that link me with webjay. Which I appericate SO MUCH! I'm going to have go with the webjay playlist. It's easy, you can create multiple playlists with up to 200 songs (I think), that you can easily edit and distribute where ever you want.
    You just go HERE (Webjay), make a SN ext, ext. go to create, and you can create your playlist. And then just get the myspace code and put it at the top of your look and feel thing and there you go. A playlist made to suit you.
    I LOVE webjay. It works so well. I strongly advise you to use it if you're planning on making playlists espically if it's more than one.

4. I requested and you didn't answer! Why didn't you answer?
    Because I suck.
    I probably just didn't see your request or it got lost or something like that. Just request again and say you requested previously and I was a dumbshit and didn't see it and I'll get on to it right away.

5. Why did this song immediately start to download when I didn't ask it to?
    Well different computers handle the codes differently. It all depends on what program you have running. Sadly I can't do much about that since the majority of you use PC and I use MAC I can't tell what works for you and what doesn't but if you'd like another version of that code just comment me and I'll see what I can do.

6. I Want to be featured on that little latyouts & more or music props thing above. How would I go about doing that?
    Well I used to confront people and ask if I could link them... but i stopped doing that because... I'm american we're lazy. So if you want to be on the list just come tell me you want to be on the list. Yeah... it's that simple. I'll visit your site of course and decide what I like about it and all but yeah... just say something to me.

PERSONAL QUESTIONS I'VE BEEN ASKED

1. Are You a Boy or a Girl?
    I swear if any one else asks me what gender I am I'm going to beat you wiffel bat. Although I do find it it slightly funny that you can't tell, and that a good percent of you are wrong.
2. Do you have a personal xanga?
    Yeah but I'm never on it. You have much more chance of talking to me with this one.
3. Do you have a myspace?
    Yes. I finally cracked. I have a myspace now. AND i"M WILLING TO TAKE REQUSETS ON IT. For all the people that have been searching for a way of requesting me without having to get a xanga i'm doing this for you. My Myspace is... OneThousand_Torn_Pages. Don't laugh. I'm very aware that my myspace is incredibly lame. But i'm a xanga person. So... yeah... plus i mean come on what were you expecting. It's ME.
    Also i take requests on my IM. Which is immediate feedback. And that's above as well.
4. What is your favorite type of music?
    Wow... that's a tricky one. Well I'm actually kind of sporadic about my music. I tend to keep kind of a neutral thoughts towards a lot of different types of music, so my tastes vary to the point that I can't really describe them efficiently, so um... I have no clue. But thanks for asking anyway. It makes me feel special that you care.
