| My New Life...Well I have been married for 5 months now and it and is has been amazing. There are a few adjustments that have to be made but its is well worth it when you get to spend the rest of your life with your husband. Ryan and I are living in Fort Worth and working everyday as usual but we are enjoying spending time with are families and with our church family. I have gone through a lot of changes since graduation but God has really revealed to me how amazing life is when you know you are walking his steps and serving him everyday. I know I haven't posted any pics of the wedding, but I would if the scanner worked. Anyway....I hope everyone is is well and I wish you and Merry Christmas. Enjoy every moment you have with your family. That is really important. Love you. |

| Yes it has been a long time since I have written anything but I am have been so busy up until this point. I am graduating from college in 2 days. I am so overwelmed with happiness, but I am sad because I am leaving all of my friends. I have been here at school four years and it feels like it has been less then that. College was such a blast and I learned and experienced many new things. I have gained so much knowledge and have learned practical concepts to get me through these four years. I have experienced failure and have experienced success. My college professors really made a positive impact on my life through their prayer, encouragment and never ending advice. I look and I see how much of a bad attitude I had about things and how much it could have been better if I had acted positive. The friends I have made here have been amazing and I know I will always have their friendship. My friends have made my college years very memorable and very interesting. I was talking to a very good friend of mine yesterday and she asked what the best advice you would give someone when headed for college. So many things were running through my head but the one thing that you should always do is to stay true to yourself and your calling that God has on your life. Many times throughout college you get lost in the midst of life and decisions. Sometimes we follow paths of others because there is no other path to follow. It is so important that you know the calling God has for your life and to never lose sight of it.
To all of my friends at SAGU...I love you very much and I am so thankful for you. You have made my college years the best years of my life.

| Wow!! What its been a while since I have updated. Well today is my Birthday!! YEA!!! I can't believe that I am 22. Time flys by so fast. I graduate in 41 days and getting married in 110 days. I can't believe it. I have learned and grown so much while being in college. I am definitely a different person then I was when I was in high school. I have never felt so much in God's plan. I know that what I am doing is the right thing to do. This time last year I felt so out of control and I didn't know where I was headed. Its amazing how God can change things so fast. It feels so good to be in my Father's hands. I can't wait to see what else he has in store for my life. I can't be scared about tommorow or even next year. I know that my Father has the perfect place for me. Graduation is going to be a bitter sweet feeling. I know that I am ready to leave but I am going to miss my wonderful friends and the atmoshere of this school. As much as my profs run me crazy sometimes they have really shown and taught me things in such a amazing perspective. They have shown me that being a counselor is such a special calling and how important it is to love people and not to just counsel them. Many people ask me why SAGU? I know that God put me here for reason. He has done so many changes in my life and I don't think I would have realized those changes if I had gone to school elsewhere. I am truly going to miss SAGU but I am so thankful that I attended this university. This friends that I have made are priceless and they will forever be my friends.
School is keeping me incredibly busy and the stress level is pretty high but I know that God will get me through it. Everyone have a wonderful weekend! |
