Don't trust Car Dealshipers / Believe

CHEAP ASS CAR DEALERSHIPS: DON'T TRUST THEM

My friend put a $500 deposit on a car. We went down to the dealship so he could tell the dealer he decided not to get the car. The owner got all pissed and went on about how he had another customer who would have bought the car. We left and talked about it outside our car. My cousin, who used to work at a dealship said, "hey what about your deposit?" My friend, who is from Japan, didn't realize he could get his money back and didn't want to start any trouble. However, my cousin said "Nono, he has no right to keep ur money go get it back."

So my friend goes and ask the dealer "um..excuse me, can i have my money back for the deposit?" The dealer got more pissed and started going off, Ohh no, i could have sold the car blah blah we held it for you, ect ect...My friend signed a paper but we didn't know what  was written on it. --> My cousin  says, "can we see the paper he signed"

This is when the dealer got really pissed and told my cousin "Who the hell are you? GEt out!!"

cousin: "I'm his friend."

dealer: "This is my  place, Get out~!!@#!@#$"

cousin: "No I don't have to leave."

Dealer: forcefully removes my cousin from his office.

Me: "HEY! Don't put your hands on my cousin"

dealer: puts his hands on me, and throws me out.

me: Hey!! you can't put your hands on us!!!

At this point the other owner tried to calm us down and reason with us. In the end my friend didn't want to cause more trouble so we left and he did not get his $500 back. A deposit for a car is not a contract!!!. My friend verbally said he would buy the car but legally the dealer has no right to keep his money. He refused to show us what my friend signed which makes me more suspiscious. The way the dealer handled the situation was very unprofessional. He was lucky we didn't want to start shit~! If I can, I might report this jackass to Better Business Bureau! STAY AWAY FROM BELMONT AUTO CENTER.

On the other side of things --> I'm going to japan tomorrow. I worked out for possibly the last time with B. Lee. To me his name stands for believe!! Working out with him off and on for the past 5 years has helped me have the confidence to believe in myself.

The song Ridin' makes me think about  my car haha. Because i'm a young asian guy driving a sexy sports car they look at me funny sometimes! Tryin to catch me Ridin' Dirty!! haha

Bye Bye America! In 1 week I will be off to study in Japan for 1 year!!

My life will undoubtedly change dramatically! I've been waiting for this for the past three years! I can't believe it's finally coming!

There are many things I want to finish and need to do before I leave. It should be a busy week! However, I can find some time for friends.... give me a call this week!

As far as my summer goals were concerned. Well, actually i gained a few lbs but my muscle mass went up. Much stronger now then a few months ago! As far as studying Japanese, I think my convresation and grammar got worse....but I'm able to communicate small talk on mixi!

Starting over ...

I read my past Xanga entries. I made arond 80% of them private. It was amazingly interesting to read my thoughts for the past several years!! I have grown up a lot and still have much much more to learn.

Goals for this summer:

Lose a little weight & tone those muscles!! I want to get down to around 145 lbs with tone muscles. At the moment, I would say I'm 152-155 lbs with weak muslces!

I want to seriously start studying Japanese. Honestly speaking, although my Japanese has improved a lot, my level of Japanese is below the classes I have taken. I got an A- in Adanced Japanese reading and a B- in Edo culture (in Japanese) but I really didn't understand the content very well. I'm not taking summer school! Studying Japanese for serveral hours a day will be my school.

"It's not who we are underneath, it's what we DO that defines us."

I'm starting to believe that more than ever. --> Actions speak louder than words. I can write to others how I feel all I want but in the end it's my actions that will ultimately define how I am perceived.
