**UPDATE-3**
Now theres 3 options:
ONE--The Original plan. $1590+Hotel
We go to HK first, then Tai, then Japan. Charlie's gona leave HK a lil' earlier and Joe's probably gona be at SH. Hotel's probably around $50~$70 per person per night (calculated from 3 ppl. sharing a room).
Pros: All Plane rides are direct. Theres only 3 plane trips.
Cons: Gona be at Hk early May (Hayden's daddy's not back to HK yet, meaning, no place to stay for the Tw ppl.). Joe Lee is gona have to go on a completely seperate plan. The most he can do is sync up his plan with ours and meet us up at Tai, then Jp seperately.
TWO--The Hk run. $1300max+$800~300 (Hotels included)
We go to Tai first, then Hk, and from Hk, go with a tour group to Jp. Not gona follow their tour, its jst that hotels will be cheaper. No clue as to how much that will cost.. prob cheap later on.. but.. dono if u guys wana risk it.
Pros: Cheaper. Go to Hk either last or in the middle, meaning that we can stay at Hayden's.
Cons: Joe's gona have to do an extra run to Hk inorder to join us up with the Jp tour. We are gona have to plane to Hk multiple times. First time to Tai (18hrs-max ride), then from Hk to Jp, then back again..its jst annoying and time consuming.
THREE--Joe's dream plan. $1300ish+$250ish to Hk
From Van to Tok then Tai @Tai Joe will fly to SH, the rest to Hk (buy tickets at tw).
Pros: Wont have to go to Hk too early, so we get a place to stay. Joe can have the same plan as us.
Cons: An extra plane ride compare to Plan#1. Hotel prices not included.

Id like everyone to finalize their plans on Tuesday if possible. I know its the weekends and travel agencies arent open yet.. so make sure you remember to ask on Monday, and we shall hold another meeting on Tuesday, or Monday night. Cool? Cool.

Hayden has brought out an interesting offer. He said hed be able to hook us up on some fabulous high class hotel if we go to Beijin. I dono about you guys, but i sure wouldn't mind some FREE 5-stars. Our trip though, might not be long enough for us to include a side trip to Beijin. I know that Joe has to go to Shanghai for around 5 days, Charlie has to leave from HK to Taiwan soon as well, Mei has to go to Guangzhou too for 3-4 days. So I'm not sure if we can do it. Maybe we can syn. our schedule so everyone's going to whatever they are goin to at the same time. And i can extend the HK trip to 15 dayish, cut a bit of TW, and allow us to go to Macau and Beijin together. Just a thought, GIMMIE FEED BACK!
**Can the ppl. that are going places other than HK/TW/JP leave a message and gimmie ur final scheduel? (as in when you will be going to that place) ASAP..same goes with ppl. that want to skip places.. like Joe.. wasup with Joe man.. the hell.. JK.. jst.. leave a msg.

So far it is
$1590 (after tax)
It is going to be Eva Air + Air Canada
May 1st Vancouver~Hong Kong
May 12th Hong Kong~Taipei
May 24th Taipei~Tokyo
June 2nd Tokyo~Vancouver
So we should have 10days at HK (since we will probably arrive on the 2nd - I shall double check), 12days at Taipei, and 10 days at Tokyo. I am not sure about the exact time of the flight as well.
Charlie: If you are not going to HK and still want to be on the same flight as us (from Taipei to Tokyo to Vancouver), its not gona save u much, jst $100ish less. So maybe you should go with a different travel plan, or come to HK for a few days first.
Joe: If you are going to Shanghai, I have no idea how much that is, probably cheaper to buy at Hong Kong/Taiwan, you are gona have to get that yourself. And if you are gona go while we are in HK, maybe we should stay at HK for 12days instead of Taipei? So you have more time in CHINA.
If any of you guys have suggestions on the # of days to stay, or order of the trip, leave a message. We are going to be leaving on the 1st, and coming back on the 2nd (or 31st if some of you really need to), the flights in between are still in question, but right now I've reserved our seats as mentioned above.
One more thing. Dono if any of you guys want to plan a side trip to Macau, or Guangzhou while we are in HK.. dont hate, jst a thought. In which cause it might be better to spend more time in HK.
Hayden, Joe, Mei and Bernice. Matter of fact, all of you. If you can find a better plan, or cheaper airline tickets, gimmie a call asap.
