Yay for me

So I'm very happy to report that I've updated my page, with my own picture and such. Its been a long time since i've been on the good ole xanga. So Preston's mom chewed me out for having a curse word on my page....my bad. I'm updating so you all can know about the fun and exciting happenings of my life....woot.

This past Tuesday over my fall break, I got a monroe piercing....pictures later today, its way to late in the evening to look good so im waiting till tomorrow after i catch my beauty sleep hehehe. Anyways its a totally hawt piercing. I look slammin.

Shenandoah U, isnt so bad, I'll be missing the homecoming events here this weekend however because I am going to see Social Distortion in Philly with Adam <3. Woot. I dont really know them that well but I guess we'll see how this goes eh? Yep, I'm missing my colleges lame homecoming dance and football game to go to a show, isnt that exciting?

Classes are going well. I got a 93 in Therapy Class, and a 94 in Music Lit, an 83 in Philosophy. Guitar class is a joke, as previously stated.

Argh. Thats today for me...i dont want to go, its SOO BORING WAHH. My schedule for today is as follows

9:00                 wake up
10:00       Voice Lesson
11 :00              eat
12 :00              guitar

Then for Shenandoah chorus we have to sing in a high school invitational sometime later that night.

So, its past midterms and so far i've still only had 2 vocal lessons, hopefully this will change because its really irritating and frustrating me. BLAHGH. I thought in college people were supposed to be more responsible, not less.

Yay for school right? haha. whatever.

So, guitar class today was pretty amazing, i'll give it that. We had one of the asian interns teaching today. Theres nothing funnier than hearing an asian person try and sing joshua fought the battle of jericho, mary had a little lamb, and shalom chaverim.....HAHAHAHA. like i said, purely amazing. It was probably the most boring class of my life but with Mitchko everything was better. yay for asians in therapy including ting ting who gave me a ride to class, l love that girl.

So now im just sitting around until 3:30,probably gonna play around with Liams guitar because he pushed it off on me. Then off to the lovely dress rehearsal I go. Shen Chor! whoo.

I was so lazy i sat in the cafe for an hour after guitar class with therapy friends, Abbie, Melissa, Renee, and Jaime just talking about nothing whatsoever. hoorah.

I have to work on a project for therapy due on halloween as well as a report on john calvin for philosophy.

Sigh, thats about all.

I decided no pictures today because i look horrid.

Shhhnarffle

So its friday night, well really saturday morning, and I've been sitting in my dorm doing nothing since 9:30. Its been good times, yea.

soo, pix messaging. Does anyone know if thats in the IN texting plan? Cause if its not this cell phone bill is going to be outrageous! Brandon just informed me that they PIX messaging isnt in the IN plan. Yea, I'm so fucked.

It rained and rained and rained and rained nearly non stop today. I had to walk to my theory class in the pouring rain to take a placement test I know I wouldnt pass. I mean I didnt have to pass it, it was just to get into the higher theory class, but yea, it didnt matter.

Then I made me some pb&j for lunchie. After that I proceeded to my wonderful guitar styles class. OH JOY. Well, that was exciting NOT. We spent about 20 minutes tuning the guitars and then we proceeded to learn a total of two chords, D and A7...woot. Then we played little kid folk songs like "Hush Little Baby" and "The Farmer in the Dell". YAY. Its cool, had to stay with the rest of the class *sigh*

Melissa and I went to the dining hall and had some hornet gourmet. Ahh there was nothing to do today! Sat around the majority of the day looking for cheaper books online. I got commented on my voice today though, and how lovely that it was huzzah.

My highlight of the day was when Kristen's mom took me and Sydney out for dinner. Yay for friendships. We had a good time.

So yea that was my day. Other than that I've been sitting in here trying to see if i have a voice teacher yet, and if my loan had processed lol. yup, good old shenandoah

So

Hey I'm at college, I've been here since tuesday. Its not bad, made some friends but really I just wanna sit here on the computer and be antisocial. I went and painted a preschool today for community service. It was good times.

Though I absolutely love high speed internet connection, im overwhelmed and dont know what kind of cool stuff i want to do with it lol.

I dont know about my major: music therapy, I hope I like it. If not theres always other options. I'd love to do something with youth theatre because that way I get the costuming and makeup classes that would be so much fun. That and I'd get to act again. <3.

This school is full of talent, and some might say "Well duh, Its a conservatory" But i guess I just havent found my niche yet.

I know things will work out for the best. Hopefully everything here will be fine and I'll get myself situated.

The food here really sucks, like majorly sucks. I made myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with banannas cause my mommy loves me and brought me yummy good food to make for myself. Apparently the caf we have here was the same provider that Shippensburg used to have but they dropped them. If the foods not even good enough for Ship, I'm kinda worried. It makes me sick everytime I eat it. I dont think its REAL food.
