| im so sorry its been a while!! liquid diet until graduation day...which is JUNE 7!!! cant wait! i just went through an incredibly heartbreaking end to a one year relationship as well, so this is great motivation. i want to be skinny so when i see my lovely in june, he will hate the fact that its over. | Happy Easter!!! I cant beleive this actually happened, but i've reached my first goal weigh, which was 120, on the exact date i planned! There werent even any decimals, it was crazy! Exactly 120! I couldnt be happier! Now's definitely not the time to slack off tho, and im scared stiff for easter dinner.....hopefully the damage wont be too bad. In order to maintain my regular weightloss, i will not eat peanut butter anymore, which was the very last food i was eating that was not strictly fruit or vegetable. I am also going to make sure that I burn at least 300 calories a day, whether it be walking, swimming, or dancing. I hope you girls had a great easter morning too! Remember, easter is a time of renewal- so now is a perfect time to set new goals for yourself, and summer is just around the corner. Stay strong girls!

| hey girls!!! i am reather excited because i am .6 pounds away from my goal weight, which is to be 120 by easter(also my boyfriends 17th birthday!). I definitely think i can do it, its not even a full pound. this would mean that ive lost ten pounds sinse i stopped making personal updates! I think i like this thinspo thing, and i hope im motivating you girls as much as i am myself. heres just a few pics, most of them make me think of summer! i cant wait! enjoy!

| Hello! Sorry its been a while, Ive been moving houses. Im totally harping on my mom to only buy healthy foods, and so far, she's done a decent job. 3.5 pounds away from my first goal!!! This body hasnt seen over 500 calories in a month. Here are some helpful hints....
Dont ever forget that drinks have calories!!!!! even things like putting ccremer in your coffee add up. Juices are usually almost 200 calories per 8 oz. cup.....you need to be very careful. Especially things like soda and milk will really pack on extra fat and calories that you dont need. Try to water down any juice you drink, and make sure that it is 100% fruit or vegetable juice. if it says FROM CONCENTRATE on the side, that should be a major red flag that it contains all sorts of added sugars.
Hahaha, isnt this cute?? I'm a non smoker and i definitely do not recommend using smoking as an alternitive to eating because of all the skin problems it causes...YES, CIGARETTES WILL CLOG PORES AND GIVE YOU ACNE. other than that, this pyramid looks pretty good. just space out your food and drink and remember to never eat within 4 hours of your general bed time.
Look where this girl is shopping. its in the health foods. Do NOT tempt yourself at grocery stores or restaurants or places where you know that lots of fattening food will be available, especially if you know that you are likely to binge or over indulge. none of us can afford an 800 calorie fuck up. Always buy foods that are healthy and low calorie, and dont go looking through the food that other people in your family buy. If you are looking for a light snack, open the refridgerator for fruit or veggies- never look to the pantry for anything else. Youve heard this all before im sure, but sometimes we forget our focus, or need a clean start.
