i'm here to tell you that doing paperwork for a business until 3am, driving and working at my other job , making meals, taking care of 2 little girls and bringing a brother back and forth to work, all the while keeping the house in decent order and the pets fed is not an easy ordeal for one person...

And that is why I will be incredibly happy when Thursday gets here!

soooooooooo i'm officially back from camping in Muskegon. It was a good time, for sure, for sure! Seems like i'm spending a decent amount of time in good ol Muskegon in August...because next up is Unity and of course, Maranatha! Yessssssssss...

Camping was excellent. Yes. I didn't bring my digital because I just bought a brand spanking new one, but when I get my disposable camera developed, i'll post some pics.

Do you want to know why i'm not a super mall prep?

1. because I tried to shop at hollister, but when I walked in, it was all dim and I tripped over a rack and 600 5'2 girls who weighed 92lbs (probably all together!) trampled over me on their way over to a rack with $96 dollar jeans. So, I picked myself up and went to shop somewhere with their lights on. And sale prices!

2. Because I don't, and never will, wear a double 0.

3. cuz I can buy the same dang thing on a Walmart shelf half-price ;)

4. Because it's not worth it. Why not buy your prep clothes from a garage sale or goodwill and give the rest of the money you would have spent on that $307 dollar outfit to starving children in Guatamala?

5. Because I am tooooooo much of an unique individual to look like every other girl (who shops at abercrombie & hollister).

Hoooooooooray! I'm making an xanga post after over two months, and not only that, but it's a Birthday post!! Yesssssssss.....

The night before we had that big 'ol storm and lost power, so actually a lot of my birthday consisted of me running errands for work, like getting coffee for people, running floppy disks up to our makeshift office @ sparta tire, bringing the new workvan to 28th St...yeah. But when I had to pick up pizza for lunch for everyone, I met this guy at the pizza place, who had the same birthday as me, and he was also turning 19. It was amazing! So anyways, around 5ish, Aly and I went shopping, to the mall and then out to Rio Grande, picked up "She's the Man" and chilled at her place. That movie is hilarious! It's a little...different...but funny. So anyways...next month i'm taking a camping trip, then going to Unity, and thennn Maranatha - i'm so pumped! It's been a good summer, for the most part...

What else is going on? Ohh man, last week I had to go to the dr's because i'd been fainting...sooooo...they took bloodwork, I had an EKG and then they sent me to a heart specialist, who gave me a heart monitor to wear for 30 days..though I haven't been wearing it at all times because it is a downright nuisance! I really don't think anything is seriously wrong, they just want to make sure, I guess.

Anyways, i'll update more later...i've got to go :)

It's been 647 days since i've joined and I can hardly update! Last time I posted was nearly a month ago, man! Let's see, what's been going on...

Well, i've been working like crazy, GRPC (aka dad!) has needed me a LOT more recently, add that to the housekeeping jobs I have, tutoring and guitar lessons...and that leaves not a whole lot of down time, let me tell you! Last weekend, my cousin Jessica got married, it was such a cute wedding/reception, everything turned out beautiful! Yesterday, my friend Jennie got married, it was good besides the wedding being pretty lengthy. And this coming Saturday, my cousin Jay is getting married (shocker for any of you who know Jay, it was a shocker to me! I'm excited to meet his girl)! Seems to me like it's the month of wedded bliss.

So, tomorrow we're hoping for no rain, cuz we've got a lot of exterior work to do...it's gonna be a lonnnng day...to start of another long week. I'm so excited for this summer and the beach and warm weather! Wahooooo!!!!
