Diagnosed a case of Iatrogenic Cushing's syndrome in ORT

Patient presented with pathological fracture and Cushingoid features.  She denied exogenous steroid.  Endocirne was consulted and LDSST was done.  But the patient still denied use of steroid.

I went to take history several times.  Finally, she told me the hinden story.

I am very excited to get involved.  Just a little bit disappointed.........the case does not need to consult associate consultant in Endocrine.

Trauma round today

I arrived to ward at 6:15am preparing for presentation during grand round.  I tried so hard to remember 'right' or 'left', 'TOF' or 'NOF' fracture.  Finally, Prof Leung did not round my ward.  So hurt!!!!!

Removed a papilloma myself for excisional biopsy

Hope the patient won't have any wound complications.

Success in a difficult drip today!!!  Feel more confident to set Hep Block.

However, failed ABG twice.  Bruises over radial pulse.  I feel so sorry for that.
