| GO USA! YEAH LAKEVILLE GIRLS SOUTH SKI TEAM!!!! WAY TO GO! Today we got
2nd place at sections which means we're off to STATE! State competition
is Wednsday.
Tomorrow I'm heading up to La Crosse, WI for four days for a ski race
and practice before hand.
Olympics is in 3 days! Go USA! USA has an
actual chance this year of getting medals compared to our depressing
past couple Winter Olympics. We'll see who becomes best in the world:
Austria or the US.
oh and my birthday is on the 9th. I'll be 17...kinda scary!

| last night at ski practice I totally ruined one of my skis by running
over the base of a gate while running the course. here's a pic!
I get to go get them fixed today...dad's on a trip so he won't find out till they're fixed.

EVERYONE
was looking at me. I wanted to melt right into the floor. It was really
funny though. I think I would've laughed harder if it was a guy from St
Thomas Acadamy (the military school) because they were wearing their
dress uniforms which consist of white pants... lol I went back for more
speghetti, which I didn't eat. It was disgusting. After they anounced
our team we all left; two by two. The last person told us that everyone
was talking about us. We don't really care though.
The next day we came in 5th 
. We beat Blake by a lot! 
But Edina beat us by a lot. 
I got 13th. We were all skiing very cautiously for some reason. Oh well, we were the youngest team there.
