Friendship is like a flower

a friendship needs time while a flower needs water

if one forgets to water the flower, it might die

while too much water (time) causes the flower (friendship) to wilt

however depending on what type flower it might need more care than others

a cactus needs less water than a rose.

while a rose is more attractive to the eye a cactus gives back what it takes, water.

so enjoy the many flowers that God has given you.  Water the neglected flowers, admire the attractive ones, and allow yourself to be watered.  Be part of Gods beautiful bokay.

Ok its time for an update...even though only a few people read xanga anymore.

Lets see when should i began...maybe it should be where i left off.  Guatemala was great.  I learned so much about cross-cultural ministry.  I also made and caught up with a few friends.  Around may 21 i flew home in a jet plane...not it was not mine but it belong to North West.  Lets say my flight to Detroit was quite funny no more humorous than funny.  The button to retrieve the stewardess was broken so it made a strange dinging nose for the whole trip... was like only 20 minutes. 

Ok i am home now its Juneish and iam happy that our neighbors have unprotected wireless but now (July) it is gone :(. Ok back to June in this random xanga post.  June 8 my sister graduated from High school- wow I feel old- 3 years ago i was down there.  Time sure goes fast.  My grandparents...on my mom’s side came out to see it and stayed a 2 weeks.  Luckily I had already started work so I did not see too much of them. Just at night when we played domino's... yeah i hung out with...excuse my french some old farts.  Ok i apologize to anyone who was offended by that comment, i meant it as a joke... or looking back I guess you can literately say that is true. 

July now all what’s going on is work. 9-6 but sometimes I get off at 5:30 because I take only a 1/2 lunch break.  The days I take an hour is when I go to the YMCA with the village people and work out.  Why work out?  I need to get my mussels ready to lift those heavy boxes I carried down from 3rd schall back up those 3 flights of stairs.  I think i am about ready. Grurrrg! Ok iam being very silly now move on to the next paragraph.

Now it’s Friday the 13th pretty spooky.  Well at least it’s not hot.  The last few days it reached 102.  Yes hot dog! So we gave our dog tori who is a golden retriever a hair cut. its more like a shave than a hair cut the more i think about it.  Ok back to the 13th. Iam writing on my dads school lap top, at home..not at woods because we have Internet now! the only sad thing is my computer ran away with someone else.  No it was not stolen or lost interest in me.  It just got to full. Well the hard drive fried some how.  No I was not trying to cook it!  It just made some funny clicking noses and died :( tear.  Well thats about it for me for now.  If you ever what to talk you can call me on my cell.  Yes back in June i did join the club and got a cell phone.  Well hope this post does not make you think i am a stranger person than what i already am.  I hope it makes some of you laugh and smile and think i miss that random kid.  Thanks for reading and see you Kuyperians soon!
