| Well today I had a major binge so I am not gonna write about my totally failure in here! I started out good i only ate 533 calories for the day until aroung 7:10pm today! My rents surprised me with food and it all went downhill from there! God pleaz help me develop WILL POWER! Support pleaz....n e one...jus need encouraging words now! | | |
| Ok soo good day...well okay considering i didnt get much exerise in! My intake was:
B-none
S-none
L-oats and honey bar-180 and five pepermints?
S-apple-60, carrot stixs-30 and a hand full of cashews-40????
D-vegatables marinated in teryeri sauce-300
total calories- 610
Max calories-1000
Intake was ok i guess i plan 2 eat sum yogurt around 8pm if i get hungry..I will update if i do! Well am gonna try and do my TONE UP workout ...i couldnt run today becuz it rained like all day! So this Toneing workout I created is gonna have to do for my daily workout. Later chikas...Stay Strong girls...remember we EAT to live not LIVE to eat! | | |
| I Know i hav ben away for a very loooonnnnggggg time...pleaz forgive give me! But need support and help to make it though my lastest diet! Starting Nov. 28 to Jan.23(my b-day) I am going to diet HARDCORE!!!! I hav gained so much since i hav stopped writing in mah journal...its ben hard wit school and alll! I am like 220 now so it suxs! But dats ok becuz for mah birthday i wanna be at least 200lbs! Like every day i needa workout and limt my intake to 1000 again! | | |

| Ok so i kno i have ben away for a long time...but skool started and i hav ben real busy! But am bak now and alittle heavier than be4 like 5 to 6 lbs heavier! but darts ok becuz am losing dis weight starting 2 morrow! I wont stop until i hav broken 200lbs and I am a a comfortable 190 0r 195! Thats mah goal to reach be January...which happens 2 be mah b-day! So look out world i am ready to be a size 13!!!!! Now prop mah bitches....srry went alittle 2 far with dat jus got too excited! | | |

Here’s a little formula to figure out how many calories you need to lose 2 pounds a week. (I’m going to use me as an example)
Take your current weight & multiply it by 13. 230 x 13 = 2990
(I really don’t know why it’s 13… but it works! This is the number of calories you need to eat a day to maintain the current weight.)
Now take that answer & multiply it by 7. 2990 x 7 = 20930
(The seven means the 7 days in the week. If you eat these calories a week, you will maintain your current weight.)
Take that answer & subtract 7000 from it. 20930 – 7000 = 13930
(You are subtracting 7000 because every pound has 3500 calories. 2 pounds = 7000 calories.)
Take that answer & divide by 7. 13930 ÷ 7 = 1990.
(I took the number of calories that I need to eat a week to lose 2 pounds & I divided by 7—the number of days in a week—to figure out how many calories I can eat a day & still lose.)
I need to eat 1990 calories a day to lose 2 pounds a week.
**Remember, as you lose pounds the number of daily calories DOES change. So a 130 pound woman will not be able to eat 1990 calories a day & lose weight.
