REAL MADRID lost against TOKYO VERDE 1969 3-0!!

Am I the only one who finds that eratically IRONIC?! I mean sheesh, some "World-class champion soccer club" right? Oh, and did I mention that Verde changed their coach just 5 days ago?! Oh, and their ranking is second from the bottom.

Que estas haciendo, Real?! Andale!

QuE bUeN sEmAnA eStOy TeNiEnDo!

Translation: "What a nice week I'm having!"

My-oh-my is this week excitinggg...er, at least the latter half of it :) And so will next week be!! Wed was pre-SDC work--got to talk to random peepz and with peepz who I haven't seen/talked to in ages, which was interesting. And MAN is...*ahem* [only Tai, Maro and Achamer know who :p] HOTT cute. *sigh* lolz. Thurs I worked on the bulletien board some more [a.k.a. bothered Tai a whole bunch] and then went to lunch--and AFTER THAT, you-kno-who came and we sorted papers :] In the evening, I met with my mother and her friend [whoz divorced to a French man] and her sons and we went out to dinner. The older one whoz my age is also V.cute :) Like wow. Couldn't understand a word they were saying [these are the times when I wish I woulda taken the alternative French as my romance language] but t'was lovely nonetheless. Yappa, yo~roppa-jin ga iine! America-jin=GIBU APPU! Hehe. And then next week, my BEST FRIEND MEG and her brother are comming to Japan!! WooooO00OoOTZ! TRE FUNNNNNNNNNNNNN. yayyy yayy~.

Oki dokies well, this turned out to be a longer blog than I anticipated but meh. You only get (yes, it's a privilege...NOT) to hear from me like once a month so yar. I'll leave you something "dense" to munch on [metaphorically speaking] :p Toodlez~!

Iiiiiiiii aaaaaaammm baaaack from a wonderful 2 weeks in NYC and Boston. *sniff* Jappyland [aka Japan] is rather dull, sticky, yoomid, and generally icky. I am to take the TOEFL tommorow which is rather ridiculous and a waste of my time if you ask me but hey, I gotta take what I gotta take. I have done absolutely nothing besides watch tv, eat, sleep, read, and that's ABOUT IT. Oh and I've been conducting an inscessant amount of illegal downloading which is always entertaining (am I allowed to say that?!). Music is good for the soul people--listen away! Anyone got any plans because I will invite myself to your destination of diversion. Shopping anyone?

SO nehoo~ NYC and Boston were great  We were supposed to do some college visits in NY but it turns out that all of them were too far away from the city and where we stayed so yeah. We went passed NYU though but I definately didn't dig the area--wicked sketchy and dangerous. BUT instead of college stuff, my best friend, her family, and mine shopped till we dropped in SoHo and Manhattan in general :D TWAS MIGHTY fun!! AND GUESS WHAT?! We just happened to win tickets to a celeb after-party thingy and there were SO many people there!!! For example:

Image hosted by Photobucket.com My best friend Meg and SHAKIRA. Insane NO?!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com Glenn Miller, my friends! RIE!!!! You shoulda been there!! He was SUCH a nice guy :)

There were political people there too, like:

AND GET THIS! There were even DEAD PEOPLE THERE!

Image hosted by Photobucket.com F. Scott Fitzgerald--my adopt an author man. What a dandy man. THE GREAT gatsby...NOT.

Hahah so yeah--that joke is lame...we went to Madam Tausseau's [sp?] Wax Museum :) A wonderful time as always :) I gochu there for a minute didn't I tho? Well, at least Rie?! Lolz. The Shakira one creeps me out though, it's so real. Other pics:

That's the appartment where Meg's dad's boss person used to live--it's also the appartment where they filmed the movie, Ghost. Kewl eh? Right across the street is Anna Sui :D Image hosted by Photobucket.com Ahh, New York, New York. Times Square.

So moving onto Boston: did some college visiting which was very insightful. Lesse, first I went to UMass Amherst which was ginormous--the campus is very vast. VERY vast. They have the tallest library [36 floors!] in an educational institution in the U.S. er, that's my recollection of what the tour guide said . Hampshire College was very small--very contrasting to the previous. I had an interview and that went alright I suppose--there were many hyperbollic comments I made about my "academic life" if you will but hey; I forgot to mention a couple of things so that compensates, right? They have a really intensive 4-year program where the core focus of your education is on what you want to persue--it't like a masters programs which was rather attractive, but demanding simultaneously. Am I willing to sacrifice for that challenge? I do not know. I guess I'll apply though. Then I went to B.U.--ultimately, no matter how much I complain about the ridiculous ASIJ student acceptance rate, it is my dream university. Gorgeous campus and impressive facilities. The weirdest thing about the campus tour though was that I ran into Jamie Berkowitz! I didn't notice her at first but then out of the corner of my eye, I saw this girl examining my face and she was like, "OMGsh!!! HEYYY!!!!" and I was like, "WOAH! HEY!" Hehe. This world is very, very small--no matter what the statisticians say. She was doing this camp with Northeastern University--looked fun. She said that she was doing some college visits [I can't remember where] but she ran into E and "some girl from my math class--I feel really guilty tho cuz I couldn't remember her name!!" haha soo Berky :) But yeah, that was kewl. Then, I visitied Tufts [Medford/Sommerville campus] which was ah-maaa-zing...but seemingly impossible for me to get into. NICE campus, WONDERFUL facilities, and SUCH a kewl dean/president! Our tour guy [who was kinna cute] said that he invites the entire senior class to his house at the beginning and then end of the year just to talk and stuff! How cool is that?! Oh and get this: for the cafeteria, if you have like a really special home-made meal that you wanna eat, you can send that recipe to the Tufts cafeteria and they'll make it for you!! Now THAT'S what I call pamperment to the max. Impressive though, I must admit. But wow. SO nice. They want you to complete as many APs as you can though and blah blah blah...so that's sort of where I lost interest lolz but yeah. Twas nice to see a higher institution of education that I will never get into--let me dream for a sec nonetheless :)

SO that's about it! Gosh, I've rambled on for like an hour literally. Gotta stop. So yeah, friends? We should get together and relieve Youme of her painstaking boredome, yes? Lolz jk--whatever: if you're bored, let's go do something or you can come over or whatever and we can be bored together :) Toodles--byez for now.

PS. Happy B Day.
