Wow it's been SO long since I updated this thing. Actually, I kind of forgot my password and the email listed was under my AOL account. Mind you, I haven't had AOL since begining of high school. I don't think anyone reads this anymore and I removed it from FB just because now co-workers are on that thing and it's not good for them to read personal things like this anymore. I guess typing things out would be good but the layout and features are so foreign to me that  it was confusing to navigate.

Life so far is okay. Still bickering with the parents and wanting to move out but can't afford it financially with student loans, still with Tony, still working in NYC. Life is very mundane and repetative but it's okay for now. for now...

this weekend, i saw a hot dog make a little boy cry. then the hot dog started brawling with the ice cream cone. later when i left, the ice cream cone rode a bike around the parking lot. i never saw the hot dog again.

nathan's.

so a lot has been going on since my last entry. lots of days i think about writing in it but it never really happens. better late than never right?

the road trip was tiresome, amazing, beautiful, leg cramping, once in a lifetime... pictures are on his website but there are so many. some few highlights of the roadtrip: cows doing it, really awesome steak in butte, montana (yes butte), you can see some of the many on pg 8/11 of wall drug plastering a bajillion billboard ads (awesome way to advertise and get your name stuck in to someone's head), 2 speeding tickets within one hour, yellowstone and old faithful, mt. rushmore, visiting don in the cheese state, chicago navy pier, lots of car games, made use of AAA membership (highly suggested if you go on a road trip), too many roadkill, scavaging for decent, clean, free breakfast and internet hotels, bug splat build up on the front of the car and more.

started work and it's been half and half. commute is expensive, time killing and tiresome. i try to nap on the lirr but it gets depressing when it takes 12 hours out of your day just to work. by the time i come home now a days, the sun is setting and by winter, i will see no sun. i've become one of THEM. i miss school and how lazy my fridays were, all the freebies, friends readily available, etc. work back then was a joke where you can get away with making mistakes, coming in late, hours. here, your job is on the line and the world is cruel, some people are cruel. i like my work environment a lot so far. the people are so nice and not grumpy like the last hotel i was in. i like what i do and the people who i report to. the work day goes by so fast sometimes. i'm so thankful i am working mon-fri 9-6 hours. regular normal hours! totally wasn't expecting that for a first job. i might have to eventually go into crazy hours one day when i switch depts. but for now i'm still good. i've had my own celeb sightings while here. i'm getting fat from the eating habits here and all the food!

Bob Barker's final show aired today and it made me very sad. I watched him ever since I started watching TV and before I started school. My favorite was the plinko game. I always dreamt of being a contestant one day. Unfortunately about 15 more years passed on and I never got a chance to go to a show, ever. I'm not as motivated anymore now that Bob has officially retired. What a total bummer.

My was-to-be-soon-but-now-gone-puppy, Willy was just adopted so fast. It was love at first sight! Unfortunately, someone beat me to it and I don't even have a picture to show you. He was a cute baby grey husky that poopie and I were going to adopt together. I guess we'll have to wait. ByeBye Willy.

My trip to Seattle is now a no-go. Which totally bumms me out for many reasons. I couldn't even get the chance to go cross country with my bf because of conflicting work starting day and his trip. No vacations for me before I jump into the real world.

I still can't pull myself to reorganizing my room. Blah.
