Let's stop for a moment and give props to the people who can rock out in a volvo station wagon, and still be cool.
( that's me)

It's about that time agian, time for a xanga update.
Life is good it's someting I tend to say alot, but you know, why not say it alot?
I'm thinking of taking up gardening this summer. you know, there is just something about taking care of something that makes you think of life in a whole new aspect.
I have a new phone number, so anyone who cares to know about can call my old number and there is a voice message on there that has the new one on it.
Here is my challenge for you today.
Day dream today. let your cares  be lifted for just one moment. and while the cares of the world have been lifted off of your sholders for just one moment take a risk and DREAM BIG. dream the impossible dreams. what do you have to lose by dreaming? I am learning more and more that when you dream big, it just might happen. My dreams are starting to become reality, and i cannot express to you how incredibly amazing that feeling is.
He who calls you is faithful, who will also do it - 1 Thessalonians 5:24
Think of what you will think of ten years from now. Who will you be? where will you be?
Be who you WANT to be.

When is the last time you stopped and thanked God for all the miraclous things that He has done in your life?
I know that I don't do it enough. God is good.
notice I didn't say " my DAY is good" I said GOD is good.
It's who He is. He cannot be anything BUT good.
Yes, I know that life is hard, and there are probably a million things that you could choose to be sour about right now, I know I could be. But on the contrary, there are probably 5 million things that you could be thankful for right now. It says in Philippians to " Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say Rejoice!" Paul thought it so vital that we rejoice in God, that not only did he say "rejoice always" but he also said it AGAIN. I guess he wanted to get a point across...
I once heard a man say that " there are no longer good days, or bad days... just days of grace. And sometimes God's grace allows us to ENJOY what's going on around us, and sometimes His grace allows us to ENDURE what's going on around us, so let's stop living in "good" and "bad", but rather, let us live in grace."

Why is it that sometimes, looking back at your life, the good times make you want to cry, and the bad times make you laugh? ironic? I think so...
Life is well.......life. It has it's amazingly good times, then it's incredibly hard times. But those two times combined are what make life, well, LIFE! and I wouldn't trade mine for anyone else's in the world.... at least most of the time.
Love you guys!

Say What?

So the other day I was at the library and I saw a man, probably in his early to mid fourties, and he had a cut off jean jacket on, written on with a permanant marker a star and the word " blood". Accompanied with the star, there were various tattoos all over his arms, but let me tell you my friend, they weren't just normal tattoos, I don't even think they could be classified as "tattoos" because they, as well, were written on skin with a permant marker. I walked past him, smiled, then snickerd to myself after I had made it to my destination.

So how was your day? please, let me know
