how often will a [random] cute guy show up at your house?

it was really unexpected. my uncle swung by our home; he had just bought a new car (vintage beemer!!!) after selling his old mitsubishi lancer. and along with him was tj...kinda like a family friend from what i heard from my mom. he's about my age...kinda tall...chinito...

cuteness galore. XD infatuation ensued...

so...yeah. we talked...got to know each other...i was sitting on the couch and drawing while he watched nba, telling me some stuff about the game. lol! and he was like, "OMG PANALO!!! WHOOO!!!" ^ ^; cute.

then he made a call just when he was about to sleep. from what i heard, it seems like he has someone in mind.

anyway, it was another lazy-cloudy-cool day when i woke up at 10 this morning...i was hoping to drop by school for another meeting and check out that comdev seminar when i had a message from el presidente (which was sent at 6am. 6 freaking am!) saying that the seminar starts at 8. AMF!

so i hurried to my room after freshening up (i took a bath the night before, mind you...), grabbed the car keys, dropped my auntie at the mrt station, and sped off to ust. mommeh dearest then took the car to do her errands. meanwhile, i was a bit late for the seminar, but i didn't miss out on the important parts. -sigh of relief-

it was all good...they showed us possible projects for each college, who to contact, places we could visit...had three meals in a span of seven hours, got to meet a bunch of nice peeps, and heard some songs from gary granada. his songs veer away from traditional pop and rock and shines with an original folk sound. not only that, his songs speak about current events like poverty, the twisted government, gender discrimination...and there are some songs about a young boy's innocent love for a girl. aww. yeah, original, inspiring, and quite educational. :D

finally, i have a new headset!! *angels sing from above* thanks to mommehdearest.

lotsa stuff to do this week...lotsa things to look forward to, like a reunion, a gimmick, a possible trip to baguio... :D whee!

thursday evening. american idol. super shocker. no one expected chris to go home. fans blamed the phone lines that misdirected their votes. but all's well, 'coz he's getting an offer from fuel (of "Shimmer" fame. if you don't know what i'm talking about, it's about time you downloaded the mp3... XD) there's something to look forward to. as for now, the next american idol is anyone's guess.

hmm, what else...? oh yeah, i finished Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams already - though i still have some items left to pick up...like rare salamanders and other weapons... oh well.

there's a storm passing above here...finally bringing the heat wave to an end. it's chilly now, and i'm loving it!

plastic surgery in the tv, whitening pills on the internet, desires for another hair color...people will never be satisfied by the way they look now, would they? we're all guilty - one way or another.
