no situation nor encounter with a person is worth losing your temper.  I was told somewhere to always be like a duck.  let the water roll off your back, and even if under the water your paddling like no other, always look serene.  *shrugs* I strive to be like a duck, to just let nothing ruffle my feathers, and to alway withhold a respectable stature.
