Birthdays sometimes do that to me, you look at what you have donw or not done, lost&won over the past year...Everybody feels like that sometimes, it's normal to question. Just try to do all the things you've ever wanted to do&be with people who encourage you, talk to God about everything that's weighing on your mind, then you'll find out who you are&where you should be going.

well, everyone goes through some rough patches. you just have to decide that you won't let it get the best of you anymore. and, then, change your attitude and decide to be happy and unlazy. lol seems trite, but it works. i've noticed that i've become obsessed with weight loss, a bitch and generally more shallow. not good. toodles. p.s. i have become much slimmer (i have pix on my 2nd page), but i just need to tone now.
