I AM READY FOR THANKSGIVING BREAK !!!!  BETTER YET, CHRISTMAS BREAK !!!!!!  lol

1 week go to for break......

then only two weeks left of this semester and then REAL classes start !!! 

already almost ready to start the SECOND semester of my SOPHOMORE year.... geez... where does the time go???  lol

So I haven't updated in a while !!!  Since I last wrote the girls came down here for the weekend and it was a lot of fun !  We hung out on Friday and went to a Broadway Review that my cousin was in (it was really really cool) and then hung out at McConn with Melissa and then came to the room and watched Grey's Anatomy.  On Saturday there were a lot of homecoming festivities going on, and we went to both the guys and girls soccer games for a bit.  we then went to Ft. Wayne for dinner at Logan's and some shopping :).  Sunday we went to church, lunch at Applebee's and the girls took off.

    Right after they left my mom called and let me know that her stepmom had passed away.  From there it was chaos as to who was going where and what was happening.  Basically within an hour of finding out my mom and Uncle were on their way to Florida to be with my grandpa.  I went home on Wednesday after classes to help with a lot of things with family and a lot of things that needed to be done.

         This weekend I got to hang out with Jessica and Grant and that was fun.  On Friday I babysat the girls and then Scott and I hung out and watched a movie.  Saturday was planning the shower and watching the girls again !!! 

This coming week consists of a speech and a huge test that I have.... and then I go home again for the weekend !!!  Friday I have appts. all day and then hanging out with scott and then bowling with Kerri and Brandon too !  Saturday is babysitting, pumpkin patch/apple orchard, and babysitting again.  Sunday will be church and a memorial service and then heading back to school for yet only another mere 5 days before returning again !!!  lol

well... I have been told that I need to update this :)....lol

This week is World Impact week.  I love this week... on Monday in Chapel the Zambian Orphan Choir came and performed for us !!  They were real cute :)  But it broke your heart to hear their stories !  Then in chapel on Wednesday they talked about all the mission trip oppurtunities that the school offers (for credit too :)  )  and you had the chance to get information on those.  It made me excited for this summer :)

This week is also homecoming week down here at school... they are trying to make a big deal out of it this year.  The President and his wife gave us all key ch.ain card holder things as a gift from them in chapel on Monday.  Tonight is a competition thing, and then the final game of "Lodgeball"  (the winners of the students and the faculty play each other... .should be a fun time !) and then to finish off the night there is going to be a huge bonfire on the Presidents front lawn !!  All the firetrucks in Marion will be there they said... lol... should be a good time !!!  It feels good not to have any homework to do tonight !!  I normally have two classes on Friday's... but due to the special chapel and the inaugeration... I have none :).  A lot of people think it is goign to be stupid tomorrow... but c'mon... how often do you get a new president?  I mean it's only happened 8 times in 86 years of this school... lol... so I'm going :).  All the alumni are starting to arrive tonight.... so it's going to get kind of crazy and busy :).

Sam and Jessica are coming down tomorrow and I am super super excited to see them !!!  It should be a fun time !!  They will be here tomorrow night at like 6:30 and then we are going to the broadway review show that is on campus cuz my cousin is in it and wanted me to go.... then there is a Dave Barnes concert by the fountain so we might check that out.  Saturday is full of activities that could be fun.... but we're not going to the banquet so we might have to skip out and head to Ft. Wayne or Indy for a little shopping.... (which I can do NONE of due to the whole financial situ.... but Jess can cuz that's what she wanted to do  :)   )

My mom's step mom is in the hospital right now after a surgery and it sounds like she's not doing very well at all, so we'll have to wait it out for a couple days....

That's all that's going on right now.... I'll have to update after this weekend :)
