I did quite well in Kitzbuhel World Cup, got 26th and scored in the ITU points for the 1st time I was amazed coz it was totally a miracle!!! seems like the training is going steadily well and I feel like peaking for Beijing. still, I will work harder
everybody have gone...... just me and Daniel left in Sierra Nevada..... but basically we are going to Austria tmr early morning~ becoz the others have left, so I have the opportunity to move up to the training centre instead of staying down in the hotel..... otherwise nobody would drive me up to the centre for training...... finally have a glimpse of living soooo high (altitude 2320m)
last night sneaked out with Roy and went out to drink in town, it was so much fun I drove downhill without having any international liscence and there was no light along the road..... I didn't sleep till 1am sth but the main point was I had to wake up early this morning for training...... that's one of the reasons why I was screwed up on the hills for the bike after the lake swim anyway, it's just 1 night, wouldn't be bad right?
In fact, I am not the girl u think. today we drove 2hrs from Sierra Nevada to Torremolinos for sea swim and bike afterwards. it's Sunday and the weather was so nice, just wanted to lay around and not train the scenery was incredible it was 2pm by the time we finished training, and we had our lunch in a English bar and restaurant in a don't-know-where village.....but seemed like this place had lots of English people living here (or I should say it's the retired ladies and gents).... that's the 1st time we got excess to English TV channel and we watched a bit of the Tour de France
