today we drove 2hrs from Sierra Nevada to Torremolinos for sea swim and bike afterwards. it's Sunday and the weather was so nice, just wanted to lay around and not train  the scenery was incredible  it was 2pm by the time we finished training, and we had our lunch in a English bar and restaurant in a don't-know-where village.....but seemed like this place had lots of English people living here (or I should say it's the retired ladies and gents).... that's the 1st time we got excess to English TV channel and we watched a bit of the Tour de France
