The Winter Youth Retreat registration deadline is coming up!  So if you haven't mailed in your forms yet, you better hurry up, they have to be in by November 30th!  For the people who don't know what it is... it's held from Mon, Dec 26 - Fri, Dec 30 in Michigan, near Detroit.  Go to http://www.literallife.org/youth/wyr/register.htm for the registration form and more information.  And if you have any questions, Nun Maria seems to know most of the answers about the camp. 

Ok, I'm afraid I haven't been keeping up the Abby as much as I should.... it's been busy this past week.  As most of you know, I'll be away in Arizona next week and probably won't have access to the internet.  So I have given the keys to the Abby to the Head Nunions, Gen & Sara, for the week.  I have also asked Nun Maira to post about WYR, since she knows more about it than the rest of us, and the deadline to register is coming up soon. 

I e-mailed 3 questions that need votes to everyone yesterday, please get your votes in before I get back so I can have results then.

Thank you very much to Nun Sara for setting up the layout .  (I'll admit to finding the backround and the pic, but she put it all together, and I wouldn't have had the faintest clue how to ).  So how does it look?

Also, the question was raised in the comments to the last post.... I know that nuns & monks are allowed to get married, but are they allowed to join if they are already married?  If you are a member, please vote either below or via e-mail.
