當我們背負「東亞病夫」之名時，我們早已被視為「黃禍」。
當我們被標籤為未來「超級大國」時，卻被稱為「威脅」。
當我們閉關自守時，你們以鴉片強行開放市場。
當我們奉行自由貿易時，卻被指責導致你們的大量失業。
當我們面臨分崩瓦解時，你們揮軍說要公平地「分一杯羹」。
當我們努力統一固有領土時，你們卻說我們是破壞「西藏獨立」的侵略者。
當我們奉行共產主義時，你們稱我們是可怕的共產主義者。
當我們兼容資本主義時，你們討厭我們成為可惡的資本家。
當我們有十億人口時，我們被視為地球的破壞者。
當我們控制生育時，你們則指責我們違反人權。
當我們赤貧時，我們被認為豬狗不如。
當我們能夠協助貴國發債時，我們被責怪加重你們的國債。
當我們發展工業時，你說我們是「污染者」。
當你們一面享用我們的制品時，一面抱怨我們使全球暖化。
當我們公平購買石油時，我們被冠以進行剝削和種族滅絕。
當你們為石油發動戰爭時，你們卻美化為正義的解放。
當我們社會混亂時，你們譏笑我們沒有法治。
當我們捍衛法治打擊騷亂時，你們卻謾罵我們違反人權。
當我們保持沉默時，你們認為這是缺乏言論自由的表現。
當我們不再沉默時，你們認為我們是被洗腦的「情緒化仇外者」。
請問，你們何以如此的憎恨我們？
你們會答：「不，我們沒有憎恨你們！」
我們也不憎恨你們，但你們了解我們嗎？
你們會答：「當然了解，我們每天都看法新社、CNN和BBC……」
究竟你們想從我們身上得到甚麼？想一想……要想清楚才回答…….
因為你們早已掌握了很多機遇和果實，而我們卻仍需為此而努力奮鬥！
夠了，夠了，這世界實在太多虛偽了。
我們別無所求，只想要「同一個世界，同一個夢想」，只想要世界和平。
我們認為，這世界大得足以容納所有人包括你和我。

When we were the Sick Man of Asia, We were called The Yellow Peril.
When we are billed to be the next Superpower, we are called The Threat.
When we closed our doors, you smuggled drugs to open markets.
When we embrace Free Trade, You blame us for taking away your jobs.
When we were falling apart, You marched in your troops and wanted your fair share.
When we tried to put the broken pieces back together again, Free Tibet you screamed, It Was an Invasion!
When tried Communism, you hated us for being Communist.
When we embrace Capitalism, you hate us for being Capitalist.
When we have a billion people, you said we were destroying the planet.
When we tried limiting our numbers, you said we abused human rights.
When we were poor, you thought we were dogs.
When we loan you cash, you blame us for your national debts.
When we build our industries, you call us Polluters.
When we sell you goods, you blame us for global warming.
When we buy oil, you call it exploitation and genocide.
When you go to war for oil, you call it liberation.
When we were lost in chaos and rampage, you demanded rules of law.
When we uphold law and order against violence, you call it violating human rights.
When we were silent, you said you wanted us to have free speech.
When we are silent no more, you say we are brainwashed-xenophobics.
Why do you hate us so much, we asked. No, you answered, we don't hate you.
We don't hate you either, But, do you understand us? Of course we do, you said, We have AFP, CNN and BBC's...
What do you really want from us? Think hard first, then answer... Because you only get so many chances.
Enough is Enough, Enough Hypocrisy for This One World.
We want One World, One Dream, and Peace on Earth.
This Big Blue Earth is Big Enough for all of Us.
