| Didn't weigh this morning. I'll weigh myself either when I feel like it or when my period ends, whichever comes first.
Intake:
breakfast: bowl of Special K w/ berries (220?), banana (121) = 341
lunch: ham sandwich (315)
snack: bowl of ice cream (??) -- purged half?
dinner: Bah. 1 bite of chocolate cake (50?), hotdog (?), bun (?), cheese (60)
Total: About 1100-1200? Jeez. I. Suck. |

| I have done SO bad today. All I've had today was junk food. Cookies, ice cream, and pizza. In large quantities. For "breakfast" around 11 A.M. I had a fucking root beer float. Yeah. Then about 2 hours later, I had a few doubled stuffed Oreo's AND an Oreo shake that I made. Then a few hours after that I had a few more Oreo's. Then for "dinner", I had 2 pieces of pizza with ranch dressing. I had so much today. I'm still physically full and its been about 3 hours since I ate pizza. Its disgusting.
So tomorrow I start fresh. Its always hard restricting when I'm on my period because if I have cramps, sometimes food helps. But hopefully I can eat somewhat healthy tomorrow. I need to stop eating burritos for breakfast. Ick. |
