| It's a Redneck Christmas! As many of you might remember we like to pick a country to celebrate Christmas around. Well, this year was my husband's turn to pick the theme...he picked a culture instead of a country! It's a Redneck Christmas this year!!!

The lights are on, but I have to go buy pie tins today so the kids can make the ornaments, and I still have some beers to drink so that I can finish the beer can wreath and we can make the beer can angel. 
Our outdoor lighting speaks for itself. All I want for Christmas is for our house to sell. 
We were going to put a big bow on the house, but decided to decorate the door as a gift instead. We are trying to send out subliminal messages that our home is the perfect gift for a loved one. Ahhhhh the holidays! I better get back to the beer! |

| Calling All PrayersMy sister called yesterday and frantically told me that someone had broken into her house. I rushed over there with the entire family to see that her house had been completely ransacked. She has only been in the house for two months. I feel like throwing up I am so sick. They took her brand new laptop that she just bought a week ago, wedding rings, other jewelry, broke and tore up my nephews piggy banks, took her digital camcorder and also swiped her extra set of house keys. We changed the deadbolts tonight before we left. It is so depressing. Keep her and the kids in your thoughts and prayers. Please pray for their safety and my sister's sanity. |

| Pumpkin Time  Bubba the Pumpkin

Madeline's pumpkin design didn't quite make it so Robbie and I improvised. The light changes color behind it and I used glow in the dark paint for her eyes, nose and her mouth. She said it was "Mean but cool" 
My pumpkin. I thought I would try something different this year. I did carve notches out of it, but it doesn't look that great lit. |
