Last night I went to see The Departed with Fred, and ever since then Fred keeps just randomly saying the phrase "No ticky, no laundry," which is a line from the movie. I don't why. Anyway, the movie was extremely good, one of the year's best films, but if you are at all remotely offended by language or violence DO NOT see it. Basically every line in the movie had the f-word in it and towards the end everyone starts getting blown away. It's weird: ever since I did this little movie project for cinematogrophy club about faith, God has been showing me all this stuff about faith. What it really means to have faith. I know God is preparing to do somthing huge! We are on the eve of a spiritual war. Does anyone else feel it?

Hey, what's up! Last night I saw Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, which was amzing! Fantastic movie! Who doesn't love Jimmy Stewart! Anyway, not much has been happening to me. I've been driving more and getting pretty good I must say. Anyway, I look forward to co-op tomorrow, and ice cream now. Good bye!
| Co-op started today I think this will be a good year.......but you never know. I have a lot of stuff to do. There's regular school, my movie project which I seem to have trouble getting support for, cinematogrophy club projects, the acting class and some stuff for church. Well if a die from the stress I'll know I did my best (hey that sorta rhymed!). Ooooooo, and I have a great idea. The day after I graduate, I shall wake up, get my bike and ride ALL THE WAY from my house to L.A. California! I shall take a look at Hollywood, then ride back. Would anyone like to join me? | | |

If you don't like strange and disturbing things, skip to the last paragraph where you will find happy news!
I was thinking today, is it foolish to say, "There are no such things as ghosts." I don't beleive the spirits of the dead come back to haunt the living, but think about it. When people die, they are remembered, and as long as they are remembered, they continue to exist and are real to the people who remember them. We say all the time about good famous people "They live on in spirit!" Think about this: Abraham Lincoln is remembered to this day as being a great man, and his memory has inspired other people to live better lives. Is'nt that the defenition of a ghost: the spirit of someone gone who drives people to do things. On a more frightning note, the same is true of evil people. We remember Jack the Ripper to this day, and how many evil people have been inspired to do evil things by remembering him. Stephen King said it best. "Is it undead people, or undead memories?" So, just some disturbing philisophical stuff for you chew over.
On a happier note, my mom bought the 2nd season of LOST! Oh I wish I were Jack!
