Joyful Joy For JoshuaThen he said to them, "Go, eat of the fat, drink of the sweet, and send portions to him who has nothing prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength." Nehemiah 8:10 (NASB)

Well, I can't hold it back... Oh, I just so excited, so happy, so blessed by the Lord God my Savior... He never ceases to astound me with His Love, Compassion, and Wisdom...  He blessed me beyond all expectations so far today... If you haven't guessed it, I just finished my first exam in Entre... well you know, that class...

Anyway, I prayed that He would give me an open mind and help me to remember that of which I studied and He blessed my socks off... (I love that saying...its such a Christian or maybe even a Southern Baptist thing!!!)  I knew the answer to every question, I mean EVERY QUESTION!!! and I finished first and the Professor looked at me like I was going to ask him a question... not turn in the exam : )    Well, Now its time to resume studying for today's Exam #2...Pray that God gives me wisdom and understanding, while I take that one...

In Christ,

Josh

Since Pastor Troy thinks that you're capable of handling a Sunday School lesson, and then move on to a regular sermon...I figured he must have noticed the wisdom just overflowing from you. So...with all that wisdom...I hope you can enlighten me with this question...Let's say I've been invited out to lunch with a bunch of unbelieving co-workers and decide to go so that I can develop friendships with them and be a witness. I want to pray before I eat. How do I do it? Should I pray "in secret" at my desk before we leave (since we're supposed to go into our closet to pray so as not to make a spectacle?) Or should I just quietly pray at the table? Or should I invite everyone to pray along? I've been asking others, and was wondering mostly what you would say. I love you and am praying for you, as always!!  Only 108 days left!!!...  :D
