| | We went to Lake O at 9 this morning and helped clean the upstairs storage room. It was a mess. . .not it's not too bad. But boy was it tiring.
I went on a bike ride for the first time in two weeks (because of all the weather) and I felt a little bit out of shape after not riding that long. I just went once around Lake O today (8.3 miles, in about 30 minutes). . .tommorow I will go around twice I think.
